Abstract

Summary Respiratory-induced tumour motion shows marked intra-and inter-fraction variability over a course of radiotherapy. This has implications for Internal Target Volume definition, and the delivery of gated or tracked radiotherapy. We investigated a novel method of respiratory coaching to see if this could reduce variability. 15 subjects participated in 2 different assessments of coaching: Spirometry based and VisionRT-Tracked-Point based. The order of participation was randomised.
