ENCRYPTED MULTI KEYWORD SEARCHING FOR SECURED CLOUD STORAGE
Cloud computing is considered to be one of the on demand information technology which combines existing and new techniques from search areas such as service oriented and Virtualization. Cloud computing provides users and various enterprises to store and process their data either privately or by third party data centers. Due to its high performance, cheap cost and high computing power cloud computing has been reported to be one of the highly demanded services. Data Owner outsources their data to public cloud for greater flexibilities and economic savings. But due to existing of single keyword or Boolean keyword search it leads to give undifferentiated results because of which encryption on cloud data search system has become a very challenging task. Some of the issues are less security, missing data integrity. So we proposed a system which defines and solves the problem of multi-keyword ranked search over encrypted cloud data by eliminating unnecessary network traffic and in this we send only the most relevant data to cloud server. Data Owner uploads their data along with the Index file and the search result is ranked by the cloud server. So the proposed system provides high security, preserving data integrity and confidentiality.

With the popularity in cloud computing security and data search from complex data system is considered as one of the major concern. Considering the large number of data users and documents in cloud it is necessary for the search service to allow multi keyword query and provide results based on similarity ranking to meet effective data retrieval. In this project we propose one to many order preserving encryption (OPE), for applications of searchable encryption, which flattens the distribution of the plain text to solve the problem of secured multi keyword search (SMS) over encrypted cloud data (ECD). The result shows that data can be retrieved faster by efficient multi keyword search from remotely stored encrypted data

Now a days, cloud computing has evolved as an important paradigm for IT industry with reduced cost, pay as you use, scalability, easy accessibility and improved flexibility. In a cloud environment client data can reside in any corner of the world as maintained and controlled outside their reach. So, there can be security and privacy issue with the client data. To ensure the privacy of data over cloud it is good to outsource the data in a encrypted format. Encryption of data works quite pretty good with single data owner. But single owner scheme restrict the scalability of system which is not useful. So multiple data owners can outsources and access the data securely with encryption. While retrieving such encrypted data searchable symmetric Encryption technique is used which will be reviewed deeply in this paper. To increase usability of system, it is good to allow multi-keyword query search which leads to accuracy in result and ranked search result gives systematic view to the fetched result over encrypted data. Note that, retrieving the data privacy preservation is main issue. To achieve this some novel protocols are discussed in this survey paper.
A STUDY ON CLOUD BASED ENCRYPTED DATA USING MULTI-KEYWORD RANKED SEARCH SCHEME
Cloud computing is completely internet-based approaches where all data's and files are shared on a cloud. Data ownership in the cloud with increasing performance and range of offering, more and more enterprises is opting to take their services into the cloud. They are motivated to outsource their complex data management systems from local sites to commercial public cloud for more flexibility and economic savings. To protect the data privacy, cloud providers to build services that protect integrity of systems and the data itself. The perceptive data has to be encrypted before outsourcing for privacy, in which data utilization based on plaintext keyword search. To enable the data encryption in cloud, multi keyword search scheme is proposed. Related works on searchable encryption focus on single keyword search or Boolean keyword search, and rarely differentiate the search results. In this paper, we proposed cloud based multi keyword search and privacy requirement for secure cloud data.

SECURITY MULTIKEYWORD MAPPING AND SEARCH OVER ENCRYPTED CLOUD DATA
IRJET, 2022
Searchable encryption allows you to upload an encrypted document to a remote, honest and suspicious server and query this data on the server without first decrypting the document. With the advent of cloud computing, data owners are encouraged to move advanced data management systems from on-premises locations to commercial public clouds to reduce flexibility and costs. However, for privacy reasons, sensitive data must be encrypted prior to outsourcing, and the traditional use of data based on plaintext keyword searches has been discontinued. Therefore, it is important to implement an encrypted cloud data retrieval service. Given the large number of data consumers and documents in the cloud, it is important that search services support multiple keyword queries and result similarity rankings to meet the needs of effective data retrieval. This paper proposes a secure multi-keyword search for encrypted cloud data based on the quality and ease of use of sending and storing cloud data. We also used the Triple DES (Data Encryption Standard) algorithm for encryption and decryption keys for a secure authentication process. The encryption process uses different key sizes. Our analysis shows that the proposed approach is safe against attacks by adaptively selected keywords. This solution is very efficient, can be applied to real cloud storage systems, and also speeds up encryption and decryption.
MULTI KEYWORD RANKED SEARCH OVER ENCRYPTED CLOUD DATA
International Journal of Advanced Research in Computer Engineering & Technology (IJARCET), 2018
Cloud computing environment provides on-demand access to shared resources that can be managed with minimal interaction of cloud service provider and validated service to the user. Cloud storage can be either public or private. Data in the public storage can be viewed by all cloud users. The private data can be viewed by the authorized user only. This paper enhance the security of the cloud data using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption algorithm. Data owners are motivated to outsource their data in cloud servers for great convenience. Private data should be encrypted before outsourcing by using keys. Encryption is an important concept in cloud computing to maintain the database. Existing system maintained the database by providing password for files and documents. The proposed system provides keys to access the file and keys are maintained as private and keys are provided by the data owner. The paper focused ostrovsky scheme (private information retrieval) that allows a user to retrieve file without any information leakage. Experimental result are presented to test the security of AES algorithm and information leakage.

Now a days there will be growing popularity of cloud computing, large number of users and data owners are motivated to outsource their data to cloud servers for large convenience and reduced cost required for data management. However, important data should be encrypted before outsourcing for privacy requirements, which uses data utilization technique like keywordbased document recovery. A secure multi-keyword rankedsearch scheme over encrypted cloud data, which concurrently supports dynamic update operations like deletion and insertion of documents. Mostly, the vector space model and the widely used TF-IDF model are combined in the index construction and query generation. Creating a special tree-based index structure with the help of Greedy Depth-first Search algorithm which gives well organized multi-keyword ranked search. The secure kNN algorithm is utilized to encrypt the index and query vectors, and for the time being ensures accurate relevance score calculation between encrypted index and query vectors. Dummy terms are added to the index vector for blinding search results, in order to resist statistical attacks.
