Human Resource is considered as a vital asset for success of any organization. It was a time when employees were just considered as factor of production. They had no say in decision making. But now time has changed, environment in which we are living is volatile and there is fierce market. There are changes in every step and to keep in pace with this changing environment management has to come up with innovative ideas. Not only innovative ideas but there acceptance by employees is also necessary. Therefore it becomes very important for management to create such an environment that motivate employees working at all levels to accept these changes and other policies and decisions of management. In this research paper, analysis of motivational level of employees working in thermoware industries, Haridwar, Uttarakhand is done. The objective is to find out which category of employees are motivated and more committed towards organization. For this purpose employees are categorized on the basis of demographic profile, i.e. age, qualification, designation and department. Cello and Milton thermoware industries was selected for this purpose. Data were collected from 100 employees through stratified random sampling method. Analysis was done using descriptive statistics and ANOVA was used to reach out conclusions. The findings imply that there is significant difference in the motivational level of employees categorized on the basis of demographic profile. Results of the study reveal that there is heterogeneity in perception of employees concerning motivation. Some employees are more motivated than others. The study also revealed that there was significant between employees partitioned on the basis of age concerning motivational level of employees

Employee motivation is workers are the most important valuable things of an organization. More than that in today's highly competitive world workers are the factors which decide or figure out success or failure of an organization. They are the ones who inter act with the customers on a day to day basic and carry out the whole operations. As such the organizations need to give more attention to the happiness from meeting a need or reaching a goal and happiness of the workers. Also, as quality related to workers in general gets more and more thinly distributed, the companies need to pay more attention to the happiness from meeting a need or reaching a goal of workers. Also in addition to the happiness from meeting a need or reaching a goal of the employee, employer has a role to play in the want to do something/reason for doing something of the employee. If the employee is given are as on todo something towards the work then it is likely to produce more results
Motivation is the ultimate test of effectiveness of industrial and business organization because it is directly related to the result achieved. Motivation of employees cuts across all topics and principles of industrial psychology. Work motivation of employees in each organization performance which determine the national economy. In order to bring about and maintain motivation at men at work in organization a suitable basic approach and service of action which emanate from that approach is required on the part of management. An Employee motivation can improve the employee job satisfaction and employee value proposition also. A systematic and scientific study of real issue or problem, intended to resolve the problem with application of management concept and skills are named as a project. The study can deal with a minor or major issue in a division or an organization. The study highlighted so many factors which will help to motivate the employees. The study was conducted among 150 employees and collected information through structured questionnaire. The study helps to finding factors which has related with employees motivation because it has impact on employees' retention in the organization. The problem can be forming any discipline of management. The indispensable requirement of a study is that it should impose scientific collection, analysis and interpretation of data leading to valid conclusion. In this study i used Ghi square, Anova statistical tools to measure the Employee motivation level.
A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AT WORK PLACE WITH REFERENCE TO BSNL, KADAPA
Employee motivation at work place is an important area in human resource management that contributes to the performance of the employees. Many organizations are planning new strategies and ways in order to safeguard their employees. Better motivators at work place makes the employees feel satisfied and put more efforts to increase the productivity and profitability of the company. The study analyses the opinion of employees on motivational factors at work place and basing on the response, the statistical tools like factor analysis and chi-square test are applied. The results of the study are very useful to every company which needs to manage its employees and make them satisfied at work place. The study helps in retaining the employees in the company for a long time.

Significant changes over the past century in social behavior due to technological advances, economic liberalization and increased awareness necessitate the understanding of their impact on Human Resources Management (HRM) practices in business organization. It is evident that most of the problems in an organization are human since human being is dynamic and complex. It is a fact that Human Resources (HR) dynamics prevalent in Indian organizations are different from those in other parts of the globe. But in the recent past, a new orientation is taking place in the Indian organizations because of the global impact on business.HRM encompasses those activities designed to provide, motivate and coordinate the human resources of an organization. The human resources of an organization represent its largest investment. In fact, the government report shows that approximately 73 per cent of the national income is used to compensate its employees, in addition to wages and salaries. The human beings are dynamic and flexible but at the same time, they are also conforming and rigid, sometimes unpredictable. In spite of all this, they are an asset, and never a liability. There is necessity of understanding human beings from variety of perceptivities, due to the social, political and economic changes throughout the world. The internationalization of productive processes has raised new problems of control, motivation and appraisal across economic and cultural boundaries. The dimensions of quality of work life are also facing a global transition.
A STUDY ON MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS FOR EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN ORGANISATION
This study based on one of the important thing which is necessary for every person’s life that is motivation. Every person’s wants some output in return of their input. If we talk about organisation whether it is some company, factory, college or university the employees their also needs motivation to do work or to perform well in the organisation. The way of motivation is some kind of reward like promotion, increase in the salary, having good relationship with the co-workers, empowerment etc. Motivation is the driving force by which humans achieve their goals It is the inspiration we live and yes breathe for -- inspiriting the spirit of innovation. The main objective of the study is to know the motivational factors that motivate the employees in the organization and to know the satisfaction level of employees with those motivational factors. To achieve the objective of the study 200 respondents has been taken to conduct the study. The questionnaire method is used to collect the data. The non-probability convenient sampling technique is used in the study. There are some findings and suggestion of the study which has been discussed.

One of the most important concerns of a management or manager is to motivate people to make their optimum contribution to the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, it becomes important for him to understand what motivates people to behave as they do. Some human behaviour is random and consist of emotions and reflexes, most of it is goal directed in the sense that it is aimed at the satisfaction of some need. Since the needs of the employees and the organisation are not always the same, the manager can better integrate these two sets of needs by gaining an insight into the needs of his employees and then channelise them in the direction of organizational needs. The present paper is an attempt in this direction intended to examine the "Motivation level of employees in small scale industries".

An effective human resource management system is a crucial factor for all organizations and institutions. In the light of modern development, it is obvious that improving the quality of service and gaining public trust is impossible without motivating employees, evaluating their performance, clearly defining duties and building an organizational culture. It should bo noted that Georgian companies lack well-defined human resource management policy. Moreover, in most cases it is limited to administrative procedures and is considered as an operational activity, despite the fact that everyone understands the importance of each employee in achieving organizational success. Among the various ways to achieve organizational goals, one of the most important is to increase employee motivation. Increasing employee productivity depends on proper choice of the form of motivation and its wise use. If a manager meets the expectations of all employees, in this case, employee motivation increases. which means that the level of employee satisfaction is high and the organizational goal will be fully achieved. All of the above and other important issues are researched and scientifically analyzed in this paper.
The main focus of this research is to find out the effects of motivation on workers performance in Panas Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. An effort have been made to evaluate the existing workers motivational policies in Panas Pharmaceutical with a view to examine the effects of motivation on worker productivity increase and also to identity the variable that are directly or indirectly responsible for workers performance, while assess how motivation come into play in Panas Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. The researchers however, observed that most of the motivation Policies in the company were not adequately function and the little policies that are function were inconsistent and irrelevant for workers needs and desired in Panas Pharmaceutical. In making these findings possible, thirty (30) respondents were presented with questionnaires, out of sixty (60) work force of the company and translated their responses into tables using simple distribution and percentages. Therefore, it has been proved that motivating workers sufficiently with relevance incentives as the only alternative towards workers performance to achieve goal and objectives of the organization. On the basis of these findings, implications of the findings for future study were highlighted.
