Outlet Temperature Prediction of Trapeze Solar Air Heater with Fuzzy Logic Model (original) (raw)
The objective of this work is to use the Fuzzy Logic model (Mamdani fuzzy algorithm) for the prediction of the outlet temperature in trapeze-plate solar air heater. The Fuzzy Logic modeling has been applied as a useful methodology for the identification of nonlinear system from process measurement. According to the data obtained in the experiments, a Fuzzy Logic model of the collector is created considering four inputs and one output data. The input variables of the Fuzzy Logic model are the collector inlet air temperature, the global radiation, the absorber plate surface temperature and the air velocity in the collector. The outlet air temperature value constitutes the output parameter. As a conclusion, high accuracy of the modeling results obtained with the fuzzy logic model is consistent with experimental data.
