Résumé/Abstract We investigated the ability of important regulators of osteoblast function, such as insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGFβ1), and urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) to act as mediators in cell-cell interactions between osteoblast-like cells and metastatic prostate cancer cells, in vitro.
