A Research on Product Performance in Quality Management System
The principles of quality management, according to ISO 9000:2000 represent overall decision for managing and conduct of organization with the aim of constant improvement of perfomances and focus on the demands of buyers and other interested parties. The methods and system tools of quality management are used in the work concerning research of quality characteristicsof the product and factors that affect variation of demanded characteristics. Product performances are brought into correlation with the performances of the system where the processes are taking place. For this research we will need Paretto diagram, QFD and Delphi method and Ishikawa diagam.
Due to the interactions between the working areas involved in a production process, such as operation, quality, management, working environment, LCC management and analysis and maintenance, problems in these working areas are usually complex. It is well-known that maintenance is influenced by and influences these working areas. Maintenance role can be described technically using; failures, downtime, availability, planned stoppages, etc. or economically using; direct cost of maintenance, maintenance cost to production cost, spare part cost, etc. In order to high light maintenance technical and economic role and quantify its impact on company profitability and competitiveness, it is necessary to cover all relevant working areas within plant where maintenance affect. Thus, maintenance should be considered from different perspectives due to its interplay with the working areas involved in the production process. In this paper, maintenance is recognised as a means for maintaining the quality of the working areas involved in a production process at a continuous reduced cost. Also, we introduce maintenance from different perspectives based on its role in company profitability and competitiveness. Further more, the paper give big attention to introduce and discuss Total Quality maintenance (TQMain) philosophy with respect to the maintenance broader definition. An industrial case highlights TQMain applicability & maintenance economic importance is also introduced.

The Use of Quality Management Techniques in Automotive Parts Production
Abstract of applied sciences and engineering, 2016
This paper comprises an analysis of an automotive industry company in order to identify whether it has an effective quality assurance system, by monitoring the manner business processes are managed (identification, documentation and control) and whether system efficiency documentation has been developed. In the automotive industry, it is necessary to observe the standards of production, handling and after sales customer service. The application of different standards/systems for: quality, environment, employee health and safety, corporative social responsibility, food products safety, etc., requires new manager proactive management style and system orientation, as well as reengineering of business processes. However, for successful operation, it is not enough to develop a system that will provide designed quality, but also the costs to implement business processes are significant. Therefore, when developing the standard operating procedure, appropriate methodology for optimizing business processes should be applied. In this paper, by applying the Pareto method for detection of points where most defects occur, the Ishikawa approach which reveals the causes of errors, checklists, as well as the Quick Response Quick Control methodologies; 8D (Eight disciplines); PFMEA, the business processes for procurement of raw and repro materials was optimized. The obtained results show that the implementation of these methodologies to optimize business processes leads to the defined quality and better productivity at the lowest costs in operation.
Improvement of Processes of Quality Management
Development of science and technologies dictates need for development of new methods of management of quality. Along with already available methods and the systems of quality management new approaches appear. Some directions of improvement existing and creations of new tools, methods and the systems of quality management are shown in article. Keywords-Quality management; technological process; quality management system; instruments of quality management; manager of quality; information technologies Production of products of responsible assignment for the difficult technical systems (DTS) in aircraft, astronautics, defensive technique and other fields of mechanical engineering requires additional efforts on support of quality. In conditions of production it is possible to judge only potential quality of a product, at the same time the main source of information are data on a quality of details and assembly units. In this plan it is possible to select two quality levels of production in production. The first level-quality of a product in general. The second quality level of production is a quality of details and assembly units at different stages of their manufacture. Assessment of quality of such production is carried out in the course of production on the basis of compliance of its parameters and parameters of a rekzhim of processing to requirements of normative documentation. Such phenomena as formation of residual stresses in a blanket when machining belong to the accompanying phenomena of technological process, formation of cracks, formation of shrinkable shells in the course of transition from liquid state in solid when casting details, decarbonization in a blanket in case of heat treatment in an air environment, presence of tension after welding, etc. Production parameters (the sizes, roughness of a surface, residual stresses) and also the processing modes (temperature and duration of heat treatment, effort when mounting, a residual imbalance, etc.) shall be in a field of the technical tolerance. At the same time the negative impact of the accompanying phenomena on quality of production shall be excluded. satisfaction to these requirements-a condition of support of the given geometry, the op levels of fatigue and long resistance of details, their korrozionny and erosive firmness, wear resistance, vibrational tension and so forth. All these properties wholly define quality of a product: geometrical parameters-the sizes of elements and flow sections, roughness of a surfeses-the characteristic of paths and elements of system, and in general-indices of assignment of a product. At the same time the sizes of elements and their physical and chemical properties characterizing durability and firmness of details, a mutual disposition of details define a resource and faultlessness of a product in general. It is necessary to mark especially that for the constructive and production reasons defects for the production reasons are rather imposing value of a total quantity of defects-to 40%. An important circumstance in preventing of defects is the fact that in appearance of each defect there is a certain reason. Constructive defects arise mainly because real operating conditions of elements of construction differ from rated conditions. Production defects are caused by two main groups of the reasons: technology shortcomings (about 85%) and violation of technological discipline Improvement of processes of management of quality of difficult details Production defects are caused by two main groups of the reasons: technology shortcomings (about 85%) and violation of technological discipline (about 15%). Technology shortcomings (or discrepancy of technology) are the incorrectly appointed methods and the modes of processing, structure and accuracy of the equipment, qualification of the performer, the sequence of operation, control methods. Shortcomings of technology are caused insufficient by the full, indistinct instruction in technological documentation of conditions of carrying out operations and transitions that allows their ambiguous interpretation. Besides, the lack of actions for prevention of negative impact of the accompanying phenomena on quality of production belongs to shortcomings of technology. The negative accompanying phenomena of the technological process (TP) by the reason of the latent defects which are shown, as a rule, in an expluatation. In batch production the negative accompanying phenomena of TP lead to refusals after development 30... 90% of a resource. During this time the park of products becomes big that complicates holding actions for an delete of shortcomings. At impossibility to completely exclude negative impact the phenomena of TP has to be complemented with control operations, garanti full rejection of defective production (different types of control, frequency rate of control, etc.).

Quality of Quality Definitions –An Analysis
The standards of any product, service or an organization can be characterized by the term " quality ". In the past, there was no clear definition established to define the term " quality ". From few decades, philosophers such as Feigenbaum, Deming, Crosby, Ishikawa, Juran, Taguchi and others have put their thought to define the term quality and also accomplished tothe quality management principles. The contributions of their philosophies have enlightened the engineers and managers to focus on theperformance. Every engineering concern like manufacturing, materials, design etc., are merged and linked with the citation of quality and directing their path to achieve a good quality product or a service. Quality management has extended its bounds and grown to new heights that it has become a separate area in every field and emerged as " total quality management " which is popularly abbreviated as TQM. To understand the movement of TQM, there is a need to oversee at the philosophies of quality leaders who configured the evolution of TQM. As a tribute, this paper is devoted towards a good understanding regarding philosophies and teachings of Quality Gurus and their approach towards quality management.
The Methodology of Quality Matrix in Manufacturing Quality Process Improvement
Manufacturing Technology
In each industrial entrepreneur organization around the globe a three dimensional objective well known under the abbreviation QCD (Quality, Costs, and Delivery) is examined, pursued, and evaluated on daily basis. The nowadays crucial philosophy pertaining to process improvement in terms of quality assurance and significant cost reduction is that: "The quality must be manufactured and not controlled up". In order to be successful on the market place it is necessary to orchestrate, implement and carry out an advanced production quality assurance system with appropriate tools of course accompanying with previously precisely organized prototype and preserial stages of production. The article deals with a proposal of adequate methodology and the experimental implementation of quality matrix into manufacturing process assurance in order to improve a quality level and the whole QCD.
