Abstract

Learning effectiveness with reduced cost continues to drive distance education programs. Academics and businesses want to know cost-savings, cost-benefits, and cost efficiencies of e-learning. Learners are seeking new knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies in a briskly transforming and very technical climate. This present information and digital age is intertwined in networked substructures within working environments. Online learning is pushing the rules regarding the return-on-investment (ROI) because it necessitates more planned programs and investments, as it corresponds to online business enterprises. While historic data can be used to reposition ideas, new information needs to be reviewed for continued process improvements.
