The citizen disenchantment, maximizing new technologies and changing paradigms bring us to the need for a new global governance. Much of the public discontent is caused by corruption, variant study as complex as sensitive by the various edges that require analysis. Let us start by noting that a corrupt society, can not but be an unjust society, a place where honesty and transparency are absent to favor individual economic utilitarianism, giving tone to a number of social disaffection that generate not only the decomposition of rule of law but also give guidelines to impunity.
