If the problem with American style corporate Fascism is the totalitarian regime that emerges from militarism, authoritarianism, nationalism, and expansionism at the service of capitalism, then what is the solution, and how might a constitutional amendment further our cause? Since the goal of capitalism is the accumulation of capital—money—to use to accumulate more money by any means possible, including corruption or bribery in order to create and modify markets that benefit the wealthiest and most powerful capitalists, who regularly manipulate society, polity, and disregard humanity, then we should do something to constrain money within the norms of society.
