This proposal is directed to ease the deployment of the SMIP protocol for network mobility. Through the development of a infrastructure for private network transversal involving the client-server model, deployed behind Network Address Translation gateways, uses port opening protocols and dynamic port assignment to synchronize the port discovery and subsequent connection between the client and server.
