Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh positif Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Penelitian ini juga ingin membuktikan peran Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Responden dipilih menggunakan metode random sampling sebanyak 67 orang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi dan analisis jalur. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penilaian kinerja yang positif terhadap kinerja organisasi di PT. Indomarco Prismatama (pvalue 0.002 < 0.05). Kemudian terdapat pengaruh penilaian kinerja yang positif terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Cirebon (pvalue 0.005 < 0.05), dan yang terakhir terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja yang positif terhadap kinerja organisasi di PT. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment on improving employee performance. Based on company data, it is shown that there was a decline in employee performance in the third and fourth quarter of 2019. The phenomenon of decreasing performance is what underlies this research. Then build an empirical research model of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Kudus through the concept of organizational commitment. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires as many as 50 employee respondents from all departments at PT Pos Kudus. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. The analysis model of this study used the PLS Structural Equation Model and to test the effect of the intervening variables, the specific indirect effect test was used. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership was positive on employee performance. (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (4) work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (5) organizational commitment has a negative effect on employee performance. From the results of the intervening test on the specific indirect effect, Organizational Commitment can be an intervening variable between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. This means that employees feel that their Work Motivation is very good and can show that employees have a sense of being motivated in terms of improving work to continue to develop so that inwardly employees have the instinct to increase their capabilities. .

This study examines the effect of compensation and organizational climate on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of local drinking water companies in Kediri. Technique data analysis used is descriptive statistics, to descriptive an object of research through sample or population data through a questionnaire distributed by the researcher then processed, tabulated in tables or in diagram form and explained in descriptive form. The data were processed using statistical tools, namely by variance-based structural equation testing or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 2.0 software. PLS, structural model testing. This data analysis used to descriptive the compensation variables (X1), organizational climate (X2), Job Satisfaction (Z) and Employee Performance (Y), then draw conclusions from these analyzes to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

This study aims to (1) determine whether there is a direct influence on the internal communication between job stress; (2) determine whether there is a direct influence on the performance of the internal communication between employees; (3) determine whether there is a direct influence between work stress on employee performance; and (4) determine whether there is an indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance through workplace stress. The study was conducted for one month in November 2013. The types of data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. The number of populations used in this study at 60 health center employees Pakis, District Malang. Furthermore with the consideration of the total population that is not too much so that the sampling technique used by researchers is the total sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the technique of path analysis (path analysis) in which the assisted analysis using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The results obtained are as follows: (1) there is a direct influence on the internal communication between occupational stress at 37,6%; (2) there is a direct influence of internal communication on employee performance by 10,1%; (3) determine whether there direct influence between work stress on employee performance by 37,5%; and (4) determine whether there is an indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance through workplace stress by 14,1%. Based on the description of the results showed that the indirect effect between internal communication variable to employee performance variable through job stress variable was 14,1% greater than the direct effect between internal communication variable to employee performance variable by only 10,1%. So the job stress variable have a significant influence on the research model in this study.

Human resources quality of the company can be measured through employee performance. Employee’s performance is one of factors to achieve the company objectives. The factors that affect employee performance are paternalistic leadership style and organizational culture. This research aimed to analyze the effect of paternalistic leadership style and organizational culture on Employee’s performance with employee engagement as the intervening. T his research were done at PT Pos Indonesia Regional VI Semarang. The data collected from 71 respondent by using census. The data were analysed by using double regression by 23 t h ve rs ion of SPSS. T he Result of this research showed that the effect of paternalistic leadership style and organizational culture on employee engagement (as variable intervening) is positive and s ignificant and the impact of employee engagement on employee’s performance is positive and s ignificant.

This research was conducted at PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang. This study uses compensation as an independent variable, motivation as an intervening variable and performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance through employee motivation as an intervening variable. The sample used was an employee of PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang set the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents. The analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, test models, regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of two regression analyzes can be performed so that the path analysis found that the variable motivation to become an intervening variable is based on the calculation of the standardized coefficients for the indirect effect of compensation on performance through employee motivation at 48.1% greater than the direct effect of compensation on performance of 24.3%. The author concluded that the company should increase the motivation of employees to improve their performance.
