معرفی سازمان سنت گرا (سازمان مبتنی بر سنن الهی-اجتماعی) درمقایسه با سازمان نیوتنی و کوانتومی

شایسته ترین شیوه در مواجهه با دانش غربی آن است که یافته های علمی را از ضمائم فلسفی و مبنایی آن جدا کنیم و با در نظرگرفتن مفروضات مادی گرایانه، آنرا در متن جهان بینی اسلامی و با پیش فرض های متافیزیکی خداباور مطالعه نمائیم. با توجه به تأثیر پذیری علوم انسانی از دگرگونیهای علوم طبیعی بویژه فیزیک -گذر از فیزیک نیوتنی به کوانتومی- سیر تطور علم مدیریت نیز به تبع آن به دو دسته قابل تفکیک است. در این تحقیق هدف آن بود که براساس مبانی متافیزیکی و اعتقادی اسلام، چارچوبی برای نظریه پردازی در حوزه علم مدیریت و در مواجهه با دو پارادایم نیوتنی و کوانتومی معرفی گردد. سنت های الهی- اجتماعی سازوکاری است که هدفمند و قانونمندبودن نظام هستی و نظام های اجتماعی را در دو بعد مادی و غیر مادی تبیین می سازد. بر این اساس، سازمان سنت گرا، سازمانی است مبتنی بر سنن الهی که با باز تعریف مفاهیمی چون برکت، حکمت، بصیرت و...تلاش می کند تا اسباب مادی و غیرمادی سنت های اجتماعی را به تفکیک عوامل موجد و موانع تحقق سنن، شناسایی نموده و با مصداق یابی (مبتنی بر منابع عقلی، تجربی)، آنها را در سازمان نهادینه و جاری سازد

Objective The ultimate objective of the research is to determine how to use the scientific approach to achieve gamification in the e-commerce. Given the importance of gamfication in today's business market and the unique role that the brand plays in the field of e-commerce, identifying the dimensions of gamification and its impact on e-market is a key factor toward the success of organizations in the field of e-commerce. Therefore, this study aimed at investigating the underlying factors of gamification in online stores. Methodology The present study is an applied research in nature and is a descriptive survey based on the nature and the method. Interpretive structural modeling method was used to analyze the research data. The statistical population of this research is comprised of managers and experts of Bamillo Online Store. The study used the views of 9 experts in the field of internet marketing and sales at Bamillo Online Store. Library methods were used to collect the literature and research backgrounds and the final data to investigate the effects of brand personality indices on B2B marketing were collected using a questionnaire. Findings Based on the previous studies and specialized interviews, finally, the gamification indicators in online stores were identified including the joy of using the system services, attractiveness of the game-like website design, enjoyable experience, amusement, user-firendly website design, the benefits of using game-based services, interacting with other users and social presence, awarding badges, building friendships, high interactive capability of the website, interacting with the system, feeling adventurous, stimulating user's curiosity, success, comparing and competition with other users. In this study, after identifying the dimensions and indicators of the study, the relationships between the dimensions and the indicators identified using the concept of 'leading' were analyzed. Conclusion The development of gamification can have a positive impact on the perceived enjoyment of users. It is suggested that in order to increase the positive impact on perceived enjoyment, the process or the product should be attractive and desirable by proposing appropriate incentives. Moreover, the non-lucrative and modest nature of the new design, compassionate services, online support and etc. can boost trust and give the consumer the feeling that the products are beneficial in this online store. This will ultimately improve the profitability of online stores.

Background: Congenital hypothyroidism is one of the most prevalent endocrine disorders. This study was aimed to determine the prevalence of congenital hypothyroidism in the Kerman Province, Iran. Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted using existing documents in District Health Centers covered by Kerman and Jiroft Universities of Medical Sciences. According to the National protocol all neonates should be screened for TSH between days 3 to 5 after birth. Cases with TSH values of ≥ 5 mu/L are considered abnormal and will be referred for diagnosis and treatment. Results: In total 48553 neonates (including both Iranian and Afghani neonates) were born in areas covered by the two Medical Universities and 48277 were screened. 1689 cases (3.5%) were suspicious, and finally 166 cases, or 0.34% (CI95%: 0.29-0.40) were diagnosed as having congenital hypothyroidism. There was no relationship between the prevalence of congenital hypothyroidism and sex or nationality (P > 0.05). But the prevalence was higher in the rural areas (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Although our results are compatible with findings of some local studies (i.e., Yazd and Kashan), it seems there is some discrepancy with the mean country level and also the rates of other countries. Further supervision on the program implementation in this province is warranted.

This study is designed to provide some insights into factors affecting the adoption of mobile banking in (MB) Iran. Encouraging clients to use the cell phone for banking affairs, and negative trends in the adoption of this technology makes it imperative to study the factors affecting the adoption of mobile banking. This study builds a comprehensive theoretical model explaining mobile banking adoption. A survey was adminstered to validate critical factors in Iran. 361 students participated in this study. The SEM techniques used to incorporate the construct validity and testing the hypotheses. The AMOS software was used to analyze the statistics. We examined eight latent variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, need for interaction, perceived risk, perceived cost, compatibility with life style, perceived credibility and trust. We found that these constructs successfully explain adoption of mobile banking among Iranian clients. Adaptation with life style and trust are found to be the most significant antecedents explaining the adoption of mobile banking. The present research is the first study using Structural Equation Modeling in order to test MB in Iran. Moreover, we examined eight variables which in comparison to previous study that used four or five variables, show more variance.
وضعیت اجتماعی کاولی ها در غرب ایران

کاولیها، از دیرباز مردمانی آواره در ایران و برخی از نقاط جهان بودهاند؛ و هنوز هم در برخی مناطق غرب ایران میتوان نشانههایی از حضور آنها را مشاهده نمود. قدمت حضور آنها در ایران، به دوره باستان باز میگردد. در دوره اسلامی، در بسیاری از نقاط ایران با اسامی متفاوتی نظیر زط، کاولی، سوزمانی و امثالهم بر آنها اطلاق میشدهاست. آنها بهعنوان جزئی از ساختار جامعه ایران در دوره اسلامی محسوب میشوند. در مناطق غربی ایران، در میان کردها، لرها و لکها، حضور این مردمان ملموس بوده و هنوز افرادی که تبار کاولی دارند، در گوشه و کنار یافت میشوند. مقاله پیش رو، بر آن است تا با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی سیر تاریخی و اجتماعی حضور کاولیها در گستره ایران با تاکید بر نواحی غربی بپردازد. یافتههای برآمده از مراجع تحقیقی حاکی از آن است که کاولیها در نواحی غربی ایران حضوری پرسابقه داشته و در انجام برخی خدمات اقتصادی در زمینه کشاورری و دامداری نقش موثری داشتهاند و انجام برخی فعالیتهای فرهنگی در مراسم شادی و شیون مردمان منطقه بر عهده کاولیها بوده است.

Introduction: Web-Based education; study of knowledge, attitude and practice of faculty members of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: For this descriptive-survey, in 2008 all faculty members of all university departments of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (706 people) as the study population were studied. Stratify random sampling was performed to determine 210 persons. The data collection tool was made by the researcher and its validity and reliability were proofed using content validity and Cronbach's alpha Coefficient (r = 0.92) respectively. Data were analyzed using statistical indicators such as mean, variance, standard deviation, t-test and Tukey test via SPSS software. Results: Research findings showed that the mean score of knowledge, attitude and performance of faculty members is higher than average. The members with master's and PhD degree had less knowledge than post doctorate members. The knowledge of members with 5 years services higher than the members with 10-20 years services. The knowledge of members with 5-10 years services higher than the members over 20 years services. The men faculty members had better attitude toward women and the assistant professors had better attitude toward associate professors in web-based education. The attitudes of PhD and post doctorate are better than members with master's degree. The associate professors attitudes had better than lecture members. The performance of members with PhD and post doctorate degree had better than members with master's degree. The performance of associate members had better than the master's degree. The members with less than 5 years services in compare with 10-20 years services had better. Conclusion: Progress of science and technology in the era of attention to the importance of e-Learning is a remarkable and organizations for their survival variable environmental conditions must be compatible. Development Network World Wide Web, higher education institutions also need to network facilities used in teaching and faculty members of these institutions of knowledge and skills needed for using technology in education and development of higher education are entitled.
بررسی ديدگاه دانشجويان در خصوص جو آموزشی (مدل DREEM) در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان در سال 1390
Background and objective: The educational environment may be varied in different teaching and learning areas whether it is close to or away from standards. Educational climate is a representative of curriculum, dominant spirit on schools, and educational programs. Learning environment is a determining factor and is an indication of students' perception of their embedded learning circumstance. This study aimed to investigate the views of the students about their learning environment based on DREEM model. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive analytical study was conducted in 2011 on 148 medical and paramedical students using cluster sampling method. Data was gathered by DREEM questionnaire consisting of learning, teachers, and students' perception of academic ability, educational climate, and social environment domains. The questionnaire total score was categorized in five groups; undesirable (0-50), semi desirable (51-100), somewhat desirable (101-150), good (151-200), and very good (201-250). Data was analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics with p<0.05. Results: 3.4 percent of the students perceived educational climate as very satisfactory, 67.6 percent as favorable, 28.4 percent somewhat favorable, and 0.7 percent as low. There was a significant relationship between gender and educational climate(p<0.05). The male students had more positive view toward educational environment of the university than the female peers. Conclusion: The majority of the students perceived the educational environment of the university as optimum. Male students had more positive view toward educational climate of the university than the female ones.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the rate of use of health information, presented in mass media and virtual social networks among citizens of Tehran. Instrument & Methods This cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out on 1196 citizens of Tehran aged 18-65 years old in 2016. The subjects were selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire after assessment of its validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19 software, using appropriate descriptive statistical methods. Findings 1,196 citizens of Tehran (581 women and 615 men) were studied in this research with a mean age of 37.2±13.2 years old. The highest use of media health information was about television (about 81%), internet (about 64%) and the print media (about 58%). The use of health information in virtual social networks was about 56%. The use of health information of mass media and virtual social networks in the age group of 24 to 35 years old, married, the group with 13 years of education and workers were more than other groups. Conclusion The rate of use of television health information among citizens of Tehran is significant. Also, Internet search and social networking sites for health information should be taken into consideration by health care providers.
