ANALISIS SWOT TERHADAP STRATEGI PEMASARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING BANK BRI

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi dan kendala dalam pemasaran untuk meningkatkan dan menilai tingkat daya saing Bank BRI dalam industri perbankan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan cara mencari sumber dan merkontruksi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, website dan riset-riset yang sudah ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT pada Bank BRI berada pada kuadran 1 yang berarti positif. Sehingga Bank BRI memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang baik dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif.

This study aims to determine the right marketing strategy and competitive by first identifying, assessing internal factors and external environment affecting the company. This is done by using the method of SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity, Threat), who coined by Albert Humphrey. SWOT Analysis is the analysis used to evaluate business opportunities and threats in the environment as well as strengths and weaknesses internal company owned. This research was conducted by survey methods (interviews and questionnaires) in the General Manager with company marketing staff and consumer companies. The result is then analyzed by the method of SWOT Analysis Internal Analysis External Analysis of SAP and ETOP. Internal factors, external, position and type of business and corporate strategy is an independent variable, which means that each variable does not do comparisons, but explain to each other and affect other variables.

Strategy is a long-term plan to achieve a certain goal which is usually a victory for a group or organization, and strategy can also be said as an initial action in the process of forming a plan in launching a product or service in accordance with the objectives of the organization. Marketing is an effort to express an action in a number of activities, namely service design, tariff / price, communication or promotion, and the provision of a place for the provision of services, in a device called the marketing mix. Hospital marketing is a planning, implementation and control of a program that has been designed to increase sales of health services provided by hospitals that will later generate profits or profits according to the expectations of hospital management. This study used a type of qualitative research with a case study research design. Case studies were research strategies in which researchers carefully investigated a program, event, activity, process or group of individuals. The informants in this study consisted of basic informants, 1 informant and 15 informants. Data obtained from research was resulted by interviews, observation and study documents. The results of the study were marketing strategies in an effort to improve visiting physical outpatient in dadi special regional hospital (rskd ) South Sulawesi Province was to improve community service that focused on three main things, namely infrastructure improvements, Human Resources (HR), and hospital management.

PERENCANAAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SWOT DAN QSPM DI PT KILAPKAN SELURUH BANGSA

PT Kilapkan Seluruh Bangsa, a company that produces vehicle cleaning products based on Malang that come with "Kilap Premium" as the brand name of the company. The objective is to develop an effective marketing plan that takes into account the specific industry and market dynamics in which PT Kilapkan Seluruh Bangsa. The SWOT analyis identifies the company's internal strengths, such as product quality and brand reputation, as well as weakness, such as limited market penetration. External opportunities, such as a growing demand for vehicle cleaning products, and threats, such as intense competition, are also asessed. Based on the SWOT analysis, the QSPM method is utilized to prioritize and select marketing strategies that align with the company's objective. By using the SWOT and QSPM methods, this study provides PT Kilapkan Seluruh Bangsa with insights and recommendations to develop a target marketing strategy also by employing these two methods, obstacles and factors are the key to the success that is expected to be achieved by the chosen strategy to improve marketing in the company.

USULAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN KERUPUK PADA UKM “DWI PUTRA” GRESIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MATRIKS SWOT DAN QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matriks)

UD. Dwi Putra merupakan salah satu UKM yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan kerupuk bawang. Dalam proses pemasaran produknya UD. Dwi Putra mengalami permasalahan, yaitu ketidaksatabilan dalam penjualan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT Matriks IFE-EFE dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) dengan pendekatan Matriks IFE-EFE untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor Internal dan Eksternal yang berpengaruh dalam penjualan produk. Tujuan dari Matriks IFE-EFE untuk mngetahui nilai peringkat dan nilai bobot untuk diteruskan pada metode berikutnya yaitu QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matriks). Dari metode diatas diperoleh hasil strategi pemasaran produk kerupuk bawang yaitu terdapat di kelas Lima yang mana pada kelas ini yaitu strategi mempertahankan dan memelihara (hold and maintain). Kelas tersebut berasal dari nilai total skor bobot matrik IFE (2,388) dan nilai total skor bobot matriks EFE (2,367).
