E-banking is an essential technology for the development of any country. Knowledge on ebanking is essential for anybody into commerce or even to a comfortable purchase or transaction of money. This paper describes the awareness of commerce undergraduates on the ebanking services and systems. The scientific methods have paved way for fruitful findings and recommendations. The study was carried out at Sacred Heart College, Tirupattur with 50 undergraduates. The study revealed that lack of knowledge prevails among a good number of students, which need to be addressed through proper education given at institutions. Updating of syllabus is essential to impart latest development in the commerce sector. The paper has given meaningful suggestions to enhance the knowledge of the students in e-banking.
