La individualidad de la sociedad moderna eleva la contingencia de las motivaciones de la felicidad que en una sociedad estratificada eran aproblemáticas: mientras menos vínculo normativo generalizado exista, menos posibilidad de compartir sensaciones de felicidad/infelicidad. En un contexto de diferenciación funcional y alta autonomía individual, la felicidad se vuelve incomunicable, aunque su incomunicabilidad puede contribuir a la activación social del amor.
Concepto de Felicidad en Adultos de Sectores Populares
There is relatively little research about the meaning of happiness, since studies measure it psychometrically (etic), and its meaning for the people remains opaque. The objective here is to identify what the concept of happiness is for low-income class people (emic) from popular Chilean sectors. By using the qualitative method, an interview with open questions about the meaning of happiness was applied to a sample of 141 adults of both genders, within the age range 24 to 88, from the city of Molina (Chile). Their answers were analyzed with the program NVivo, graphically represented through CmpasTools. For this sample, happiness can be understood through four axes of meaning: well-being, emotions, to be, and to have, and all these essentially represented as tranquility, joy, and, more globally as well-being, produced as a consequence of, or associated with, the obtainment of some basic satisfiers.

RESUMEN Existe un interés creciente en psicología y ciencias sociales por estudiar la felicidad. Los estudios son predominantemente de epistemología positivista, dónde el concepto típicamente es imputado –etic –, ignorándose extensivamente el significado de la felicidad para las personas. Para desentrañar éste, se reporta aquí un estudio observacional, descriptivo, transversal, de enfoque emic, y fenomenográfico. Una muestra no aleatoria de funcionarios de una universidad constituida por 164 adultos chilenos de ambos sexos respondió voluntaria y anónimamente una encuesta breve acerca de la felicidad, y sus respuestas fueron categorizadas y graficadas, respectivamente, con la ayuda de los programas NVivo y Cmapstools. Se obtuvo que la felicidad presenta una estructura de significados compuesta por cinco concepciones: estado, tener, logro, estar, bienestar, conformadas por variados aspectos y significados que son descritos, y a partir de lo cual se propone una definición de felicidad para, finalmente, sugerir cómo continuar estudios en esta perspectiva. This type of subject/body is represented in its resistance from various fronts, from literary and theoretical works to cultural devices such as photographs, television series, and even music videos.

The research is aimed at understanding and qualitatively describing the social representation of conditions for happiness and of living experiences source of happiness in the discourse of socializing agents in matters of well-being and quality of life. Whether these attributions are consistent with the indings of positive psychology was also analyzed. The study was non experimental, transversal, cross-cultural, and qualitative. The sample was non-probabilistic and included health and education students and professionals in Chile and Italy. Open-ended questions were applied to students of psychology, obstetrics and related ields of both sexes aged between 18 and 38 years. Focus groups were conducted with students and professionals of both sexes, including educators, psychologists and related professionals, aged between 22 and 67 years. People attributed happiness to external conditions (affection and personal freedom) and internal factors (psychological capital). The discourse balanced the presence of experiences of satisfaction by reception (passive role) and by realization (active role). The ranges of these experiences vary from individual to collective scopes. A common nucleus of social representation in both groups was identiied, which included elements that positive psychology has linked with happiness. This information guides the training of professionals inluencing the lifestyles of the population.

In recent years, the generation of female writers who were born in the 1980s addresses the motherhood subject from a joyful perspective, including the ex- hausting aspects of it. This paper aims to study Daniela Rea’s text Mientras las niñas duermen [While the girls are asleep], from a feminist and gender pers- pective in order to point out a new perspective about the subject in Mexican literature written by women.
La Felicidad en El Trabajo: Validación De Una Escala De Medida

RESUMEN La felicidad del trabajador es un factor determinante de su eficiencia a corto y a largo plazo. En la literatura encontramos intentos de medir dicha felicidad directamente, y otros centrados en conocer cuáles son los elementos que generan esta felicidad. El presente trabajo realiza el análisis de validez de una escala propuesta por Del Junco, Espasandín, Dutschke y Palacios (2013) en la que se exponen factores determinantes de la felicidad del trabajador. El trabajo aporta una guía para la validación de escalas con un enfoque estructural y confirmatorio, basada en los datos de 262 empresas de la provincia de Sevilla (España). Asimismo, la escala muestra dos dimensiones (factores relacionados con el puesto de trabajo y factores relacionados con el trabajador) que confirman la necesidad de combinar la perspectiva del individuo y del entorno a la hora de analizar la felicidad laboral.

Resumo: Há escassa pesquisa sobre o significado da felicidade, já que boa parte dos estudos são psicométricos, permanecendo na opacidade seu significado para as pessoas. Este artigo teve por objetivo identificar o conceito de felicidade (emic) de pessoas de baixa renda do Chile. Usando o método qualitativo foi aplicada uma entrevista com perguntas abertas acerca dos significados da felicidade a uma amostra de 141 adultos de ambos os sexos, de 24 a 88 anos de idade, da cidade de Molina (Chile). As respostas foram analisadas por meio do programa NVivo e para sua representação gráfica utilizou-se CmpasTools. A felicidade pode ser entendida através de quatro eixos de significado: bem-estar, emoções, ser, e ter, sendo essencialmente representada como tranquilidade, alegria e bem-estar geral, produzida como consequência ou associada a satisfações básicas.
