This study aims to determine the impact of tourism on the growth of the agricultural sector, and labor productivity in the agricultural sector. This research was conducted in Bali Province because Bali played a major role in creating the image of Indonesian tourism at national and international levels. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of the Bali Province. To answer the purpose of this study the data were analyzed descriptively and the Panel Data Regression. The province of Bali has always had a GRDP growth above the national level because tourism has a role as a locative economic development. The structure of the Balinese economy has different characteristics from other regions in Indonesia. The excellence of the tourism industry has given its color to the economy in Bali. The Role of Accommodation and Food Service Industry which is measured by its contribution, employment and its affecting factors, employment elasticity, as well as labor productivity towards economy, particulary tourism, has not been optimised. This research aims to analyse: (1) the impact of Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), the Number of Businesses, and Inflation on employment in Accommodation and Food Service Industry; (2) its contribution toward economy, employment, employment elasticity, and labor productivity in the given industry. Bali is one of the most popular tourist destinations by domestic and foreign tourists in Indonesia. The Indonesian government is currently boosting its tourism by using the success of the island of Bali as a model, the project is called Ten New Balis. This article examines previous studies and statistical data to presents a deep analysis of macro-environmental factors of tourism in Indonesia related to Bali as a development model. The study is based on Scopus articles associated with Indonesia and Bali tourism development articles and statistical data collected from the statistics bureau's Indonesian office, BPS-Statistics. The thematic framework analysis and descriptive analysis describe complementary insight of tourism planning and development issues. Proposed future tourism development planning could be seen clearer by using mixed-method analysis. Extending different research articles databases will give a good result comparison.
Economic Impact of Tourism Development in Samosir Regency, North Sumatera, Indonesia

Samosir Regency's small contribution of the tourism industry to regional revenue shows that the development of tourism is still not optimal, both in terms of tourism objects, government and community role. This research aims to identify and evaluate the economic impact of tourism development in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The method used in this research was the interval score with a median division of 100 respondents in Samosir Regency related to tourism. The primary data derived from questionnaires and interview results, while secondary data were from study-related local government offices. Using Spearman correlation, data analysis was conducted. The findings showed that simultaniously tourism products and tourism visits had a positive and significant impact on the economy. The relationship between tourism products and tourism visits on the economy is very significant and able to explain the economy by 67.70%.

Mapping the potential for tourism strategic areas to improve the equality of development in Bali

Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia (PPRI number 50/2011) indicates the declaration of the National Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPParNas) from 2010 to 2025. Eighty-eight (88) of the National Tourism Strategic Areas (KSPN)is spread on thirty four (34) provinces throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The province of Bali contributes greatest foreign exchange for Indonesia through the tourism sector. Eleventh (11th) of KSPN-Bali are reflecting a priority-program of Indonesian Government through equal development of Tourism Strategic Areas. Development for Bali still indicates gap between a remote regency and central city.
