Che cosa conosciamo di Pietro Mascagni, oltre a Cavalleria rusticana? Eppure una quindicina sono i suoi melodrammi, e numerose sono le composizioni per orchestra, da camera, per pianoforte, ampio il repertorio corale (sia sacro che profano), curioso il suo interesse per il teatro e il cinema. Amico-nemico di Puccini, col quale rivaleggiò sui palcoscenici per lunghi anni, favorito dal regime ma amato in tutta Europa, per la prima metà del Novecento musicale italiano Mascagni fu molto più che un semplice autore verista, come mostrano le sue musiche, di volta in volta decadenti, liberty, neoclassiche e molto altro. There are about fifteen of his melodramas, numerous compositions for orchestra, chamber music and piano, a wide range of choral repertoire (both sacred and profane), and a curious interest in theater and cinema. Friend-enemy of Puccini, with whom he competed on stage for many years, favored by the regime but loved throughout Europe, for the first half of the Twentieth century Mascagni was much more than just a verist composer, as shown by his music, from time to time decadent, liberty, neoclassical and much more. With an in-depth musicological spirit and with the help of unpublished documents - not least Bastianelli's precious Pietro Mascagni and the letters of librettist Guido Menasci - Cesare Orselli guides us to the discovery of the great Tuscan composer.

Se fosse vissuto nella nostra epoca sicuramente Mascagni sarebbe stato un richiestissimo opinionista conteso dalle trasmissioni di punta delle più importanti emittenti televisive nazionali e internazionali. Sì, perché, oltre ad essere uno dei più grandi musicisti italiani della storia, Pietro Mascagni è stato un vero divo, capace di infiammare gli animi del pubblico dei più importanti teatri del mondo e popolarissimo anche negli ambienti estranei alla musica....

Moreover, new professions op- erate in the labour market and the traditional ones are con- fronted with technological innovation and new organizational forms (Floridi, 2017); the companies have thus realized that the workers will have to master Soft Skills (Ciappei, & Cinque, 2014; La Marca, 2018). The contribution deals with the relevant topic related to the evaluation of the Soft Skills. Starting from a research that has produced the and classification of Soft Skills in Service Learning and Alter- nating School Work projects (De Pietro, 2015, 2018), and from a work on the application of the model of Transactional Analysis of Educational Field (Fregola, 2016 b, 2010) in the interaction in a class of Primary School, the need emerged to: (1) to verify if the teacher’s relational skills can influence the acquisition and development by the students; (2) how to set up integrated evaluation tools that allow the measurement of disciplinary learning and the possible relationships with the Soft Skills acted intentionally by the teacher. In the contribu- tion, the analysis of the results obtained by comparing the Soft Skills grid, the questionnaire and the observation grid of the emotional thrusts, with the verification tests on the didactic activity gave affirmative results (p. 1). While, the exploration carried out in some primary schools of Lazio on the Soft Skills, their acquisition and evaluation, in the completion phase, re- veals the need to take into account, in the preparation of the tools (p. 2), that, for some characteristics of the emotional variables, becomes central to the theme of the boundaries of the educational and pedagogical action, as it comes into con- tact with phenomena that require specific skills that are not al- ways part of the basic training of the teacher.
