UNIVERSIDADE TECNOLÓGICA FEDERAL DO PARANÁ CURSO DE ENGENHARIA MECÂNICA MURILO CAMARGO PROJETO DE UMA CAIXA DE REDUÇÃO FIXA PARA UM VEÍCULO TIPO BAJA SAE (original) (raw)
The purpose of this work is to improve the current design project, with the goal of designing a fixed dialog box with a control relationship that allows the system to work with speed and traction. . Through the survey of the characteristics of the Briggs & Stratton Intek Pro® 10 HP engine, standardized by the SAE competitions, emitted the ideal torque for the design and its rotation. With a maximum emission ratio of the reduction box stipulated by the 9: 1 team, it was possible to size the gear pairs through the theory proposed by the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA). The design of the axes was done by the DE-ASME elliptical criterion for fatigue and deflection design. Pressure and power calculations were excluded. For calculations of gear and shaft design, a routine was performed without MATLAB® software to complete the studies, as well as the future of projects for the team. After modeling the components using Inventor® software, ANSYS® software is used to obtain a finite element analysis of the gears and to reduce the mass of the assembly. Studies on tolerances, bearings and lubrication have been wired by this work.
