Morality and ethics are at all levels of our life and in our society. It's an important criteria's for us as humans in the workplace as well as in our daily digest. Ethical decision making processes are, in fact, more than just the awareness of ethics and how important it's. In fact, such a decision making process require also ethical approaches for choices, the capability to evaluate complex and very difficult facts and the challenge is to implement ethically correct and efficient decisions at various key performances "KPI" indexes. (Heath, 1997; Alvani & KarimiJahromi, 2016) depicts that issues management is the executive function of the combination of problem solving, public relations, organizational policy, management strategy, long term planning and the whole communication channels internally as well as externally. Therefore the Issues management is usually very well related to the ethical decision making process since it requires the identification of problems, how to approach them, how to analyses them in a very objective approach, and at finally how leaders have to follow the organizational policy in solving these issues. This paper investigates the ethical decision making processes and how we could aling ourself to apply ethical decision at the end of the day.
