ФОРМУВАННЯ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ У МОЛОДШИХ ПІДЛІТКІВ ШЛЯХОМ ОБРАЗОТВОРЧОГО МИСТЕЦТВА ЧЕРЕЗ ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ЗАРУБІЖНИХ КРАЇН

The article examines the competence and integrative approach to the organization of artistic and practical activities of students at the lessons of fine arts and technology in general education schools and professional colleges in Germany (artistic aducation is inherent in most of the Walfdor schools), France (artistic aducation has an applied character, which is presented in creative laboratories), Britain (artistic aducation has an aesthetic inclination), Finland (the positive thing is that there is no gender division in artistic and labour education) and Japan (art oriented on contemplanation). The aspects of its possible introduction into the national system of general secondary and professional education are analyzed. Thus the decisive factor in the effectiveness of lesson of fine art is that the main thematic aspect, on the one hand is based on the concrete experience of students, on the other hand, the student can expand their knowledge. The research includes the views of prominent Ukrainian figures, researchers, philosophers, teachers, writers, scholars of the present and the past time – worldknown teachers and scients such as I.Bech, N.Bibik, I.Ermakov, L.Masol, O.Kobernik, Yu.Kulyutkin, O.Rudnitska, L.Vashchenko, I.Zimnya, G.Skovoroda, V.Sukhomlynsky, A.Makarenko.
