Categories of economic science that characterize various approaches and concepts of integration of industrial and financial capital deserve interest not so much in themselves, but in terms of their application to the modern economy of Uzbekistan, in the course of the implementation of economic reforms, he faces numerous questions: in which direction to deepen reform, what goals to set, what levers and instruments to use to achieve these goals. In this article, the author discusses the arguments in favor of creating a broad network of integrated corporate structures in Uzbekistan, such as the geopolitical policy of Uzbekistan, which establishes the principle of partnership, mutually beneficial cooperation with all countries, while preserving national sovereignty. The role of integration of industrial and financial capital is also considered, which, in the context of globalization and internationalization of the world economy, acquires special significance for Uzbekistan. The labor market in Uzbekistan is studied as a well of labor resources of Uzbekistan possessing considerable resources of highly educated qualified personnel for science and capital-intensive industries, which, naturally, it seeks to preserve, first of all, for its development. The author draws conclusions about the integration of industrial and financial capital as a method of effective use of the potential of strategically important enterprises of raw and processing industries of Uzbekistan with the capabilities of the largest domestic and foreign financial institutions and guarantees ensuring the inclusion of the most important sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan in the competitive struggle in world markets.

All world practice, experience of the developed countries, confirm convincingly, about a major role and place of industry in the structure of economy. With steady development of industry of связанны : macroeconomic and social stability, economic, power, food, technological and innovative security of country, level and quality of life of population. The modern state of national economy requires providing of the strong balanced growth of all industries of the industrial production sent to more complete satisfaction of necessities of population of country in modern, competitive products. In the article the attained results of Uzbekistan are considered an author and analysed in development of industry, and also problems are certain and ways are offered for further to stimulation and purposeful steady development of industry.

В статье изучены основные моменты развития туризма в Узбекистане. Обозначены нормативно-правовые основы законодательства в сфере туризма. Одним из важным фактором эффективного развития туристической сферы страны, является создание качественного механизма обеспечение безопасного туризма. В данное статье рассматриваются нормативно-правовые акты регулирующие туристическую деятельность в государстве. Рассматриваются меры принимаемые государством по созданию условий для безопасного туризма. Описываются задачи и функции управления по обеспечению безопасного туризма и его роль в развитии туристической сферы.

Aim. The aim is to determine the socio-economic aspects of sustainable development of the Republic of Azerbaijan taking into account economic, environmental, social and environmental opportunities of the country; to find the rationale for the concept of sustainable development to eliminate major differences specific to regional economic development, management of economic and social development of the regions. Methods. Historical and comparative analysis, system approach, analysis of statistical and mathematical materials. Findings. We identified the advantages of the concept of sustainable development; cunducted the analysis of the dynamics of development of the leading industries in the region; studied the most promising sectors of the regions from the economic and geographic point of view. Conclusion. We identified socio-economic aspects of sustainable development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
ПОДГОТОВКА КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНЫХ КАДРОВ И ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ
In this article, the problem of training highly qualified personnel in the system of modern economic relations is considered, as well as personnel support for the development of an innovative entrepreneurial type economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The modern tendencies of acquiring certain knowledge, skills and competences, that is, preparation for the performance of professional functions, focused on the strategic needs of the economy, on the development of creative abilities, where high school plays the main role, are revealed.
