The general direction of internationalization of all areas of life, the characteristic features of the information society present special requirements for knowledge of foreign languages. In connection with the development of a pragmatic approach in linguistics, in particular, the theory of speech acts, the interest in the mechanisms of communication through the language, in its communicative function, has intensified. The processes of direct implementation of the linguistic system and norms in practice fell into the orbit of attention of linguists. It became clear that during the functioning of the language in communication, not a certain abstract norm or system is implemented, but those variants that are presented by speakers, listeners, and readers and writing in everyday communication.

An anthological analysis of known literature and historical sources is carried out in the work. It was found that the development of foreign language training of future professionals was influenced by a number of factors: socioeconomic (focus on the needs of the labor market, integration into the international space, scientific and technological progress); educational (updating legal documents in the field of education, standardization of educational content, development of methods of professional development of a specialist). The historical period is analyzed and the following stages are determined: ideological (realization of ideological imperative in language and professional training of future specialists; educational-methodical (preparation according to unified curricula, reading and translation as a leading type of speech activity); integration (integration of foreign language teaching and multicultural education)), methodological (use of traditional verbal methods, standardized textbooks). Thus, the research conducted in the article indicates the periods (stages) of formation, functioning and development of foreign language education.

Nowadays, under the influence of drastic changes of the contemporary world, the institutions of higher education focus on the promotion of equity and quality. Special attention is paid to the cross-border education, bacause the mobility of students and staff facilitates the "formation" of highly skilled workers in certain specialized areas. The main precondition of a successful implementation of mobility programs is a profound knowledge of foreign languages. The given paper deals with the importance of second language acquisition and outlines the strategies of a successful teaching process. The main emphasis is put on the "enhancement" of students' motivation (including a good teacher-student rapport) and teaching a language through teaching a culture. The first one is regarded as a key element of a classroom success, while the latter simplifies learners' comprehension of second language reality.
This article considers a problem of use of multimedia technologies in training in foreign languages that does process of training by more effective. Besides, use of computer technologies promotes increase in motivation to studying to foreign languages as does possible immersion in culture of a target language by means of authentic materials. Computer technologies do process of training in foreign languages interactive. Various multimedia programs promote high activity and communicativeness of students. The cross-cultural Online project which promotes increase in motivation to a learning of foreign languages and formation of sociocultural competence can be an example of use of multimedia technologies. Work on cross-cultural Online project promotes development intellectually -logical and heuristic abilities of students as they need to analyze constantly obtained sociocultural information, to allocate the main thing, to systematize the processed information. Besides, during the project students learn to transfer already available knowledge of a foreign language to new sociocultural situations and problems, to see contradictions, having at the same time independence of judgments. It is necessary to emphasize that participation in cross-cultural Online project is the high motivating factor for a learning of foreign languages. Besides, during creative research work on the global Internet it is formed culturally -the language personality capable to dialogue of cultures.

Innovative Framework for Teaching a Foreign Language as a Tool of Cross-Cultural Communication

Due to the tendency to globalisation, economists all over the world have a strong necessity to master a foreign language. Young generation of learners needs innovative approaches to language teaching. This article reveals the results of the research into methodological and psychological aspects of teaching a foreign language to students of economic departments in Ukraine andstates the essential educational objectives. It also suggests anovel teaching framework whose major goal is to give an advantage to students in their overcoming language, communication and cross-cultural barriers in studying process and which can be regarded as highly integral to the educational objectives that are central to gaining current competences. There is a great need as well as considerable potential in developing them. A broad education preparing the students for managerial roles in business and leadership roles in society is axiomatic. In order to train young economists, the lecturers have to take into account that their students as future specialists must operate on a number of different premises at any time. These premises arise from their culture in which they are working. Effective communication between parties in business is everything. Under the impact of practice demanding perfect knowledge of a foreign language there are reasons for close mutual cooperation between lecturers and students. There is pressure for improvement that is increasing more and more. In addition, there are special job requirements according to which students' needs have changed and the lecturers have good reasons to be concerned about anticipating and meeting the students' changing language wants and needs. The method of immersion considers teaching a university subject or subjects in a foreign language, completely superseding students' mother tongue from the process of studying. Involving students in preparing self-directed projects on cultural differences as home assignment we provide more opportunities for using and interacting in English and help them gain confidence and become independent language learners. Projects have to become one of the main components in any program. Digital technologies are making an increasingly significant contribution to language learning in many parts of the world and there are established and high profile journals and conferences where research is presented and discussed. These digital technologies are widely used in teaching and learning foreign languages in Ukraine. One of the ways to aid the process of teaching by means of technologies is computer assisted language learning (CALL). Reading as a classic technique is appreciated as an important part of students' development to increase the efficiency on the one hand decrease the number of mistakes in comprehension and translation on the other hand. Based on the kind of text samples, establishment of the general effect of reading and translation is therefore evident. The variety of changes that can be observed in class depends on texts, their structure, style and initial purposes.
