Cloud computing is as a type of hosted services of Information Technology, which can be offered to customers through internet. Clients are able to scale up or down their required services. These services are usually supplied by a third party who provide the necessary infrastructure. The major benefits of clouds include scalability, resilience, flexibility, efficiency, and outsourcing non-core activities. It also presents an excellent innovative business model for organizations in order to exploits better IT services with a lower cost, and less investment. Regardless of the advantages of in the provided services by clouds and its advanced improvements, the organizations are yet to accept it completely, because of security matters and concerns connected with these services. Security is one of the most significant issues, which prevent the development of cloud, easily. This paper presents a brief review and analysis of the adoption of clouds, and its related issues and challenges.
