The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the level of support for successful learning in Inclusive Primary Schools in Banjarmasin. It reviewed three aspects of success support, namely: institutional aspects, teacher aspects, and aspects of facilities and infrastructure. These three aspects are very essential to support the success of inclusion learning that researchers believe makes a strong contribution. The approach in this study was a quantitative approach with survey research. The data sources in this study were 10 inclusive primary school principals in the city of Banjarmasin and secondary data sources were documentation, photos, records of results of activities and letters. The problem in this study was motivated by the difficulty of the teacher in implementing the Inclusive Education, which have been held since 2017 at the Sungai Andai 3 Elementary School in Banjarmasin. Readiness to Implement Inclusive Education in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools of Yogyakarta

This research aims to find out the readiness of Muhammadiyah elementary schools in implementing inclusive education in the schools. School readiness clearly marks the path for Muhammadiyah elementary schools in organizing inclusive education. Through a case study methodology with a purposive sampling technique, this research investigates the readiness of four Muhammadiyah elementary schools. The data were collected by an in-depth interview and observation and would be analyzed by thematic analysis method. This research provides worthy indicators of school readiness in executing inclusive education. This study indicates that two out of the four Muhammadiyah elementary schools observed, have not reached the required level of readiness to implement inclusive schools based on the indicators of the school readiness, whereas the other two schools are more prepared to fully run the inclusive education program. Teacher capacity to implement inclusive education is critical to implementation of inclusive education. However, there are concerns that preschool teachers lack adequate capacity to implement inclusive education. The study sought to investigate how the capacity of preschool teachers influenced the implementation of inclusive education in public preschools in Belgut Sub-County. The specific objectives of the study were to: Assess the influence of training of preschool teachers, the preparation of individualized Education Plan, and classroom managerial skills on the capacity of preschool teachers to implement inclusive education in Belgut Sub-County. The target population comprised of 160 preschool teachers and 65 primary school head teachers from 65 pre-primary schools. The study employed descriptive survey design. Krejcie and Morgan Table (1970) and stratified random sampling technique to sample 113 pre-primary school teachers and 56 primary school head teachers. Data were collected using preschool teachers' and the head teachers' questionnaires and analysed by the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS computer programme (SPSS), version 22 using descriptive statistics and the results were displayed using frequencies and percentages. The study findings found that most preschool teachers had attended in-service training courses, workshops and seminars on inclusive education, were trained in inclusive practices, and had good classroom managerial skill. However, slightly more than half (55.8%) prepared Individualized Education plans. The study recommends that preschool teachers' training programmes should emphasize on preparation and use of Individualized Education Plans and the headteachers should supervise teachers to ensure that they prepare IEPs for children with special needs .

Inclusive education is a form of education which unites students with special needs with regular. Bringing together children who have different needs is not an easy thing. This study examines whether the implementation of inclusive education in SD Negeri Pajang 1 has met the standards. This study aims to describe the implementation of inclusive education at SD Negeri Pajang 1. Study a type of qualitative with phenomenological study approach. Data collection techniques techniques used data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data collection used interviews with class teachers and school operators. The results of indicate the implementation of inclusive education at SD Negeri Pajang 1 is quite good, but there are still several aspects that need to be improved is the absence of special accompanying teachers who master learning methods inclusive education so that material delivered to students is not optimal. The implications obtained from this study SD Negeri Pajang 1 should have special accompanying teachers who master learning methods regarding inclusive, education so that learning materials can be conveyed properly to students. Special accompanying teachers better understand and know the basics in guiding students with special needs.

Teachers' readiness, knowledge and attitudes level towards inclusive education in mainstream schools were explored as they were tasked to carry out this responsibility. They must ensure the success of inclusive education which actually depended heavily on their readiness in inclusive classes, teachers' knowledge level and attitude towards teaching inclusion classes. This research study aimed to explore teachers' readiness level in inclusive classes, teachers' knowledge level and attitude towards teaching inclusive classes in primary and secondary schools in the district of Sibu, Sarawak. The sample size for this study consisted of 154 respondents. This study explored specifically into the teachers' readiness, knowledge and attitude level towards inclusion in the classrooms. The method used for this research was descriptive survey approach. Identified teachers involved directly in teaching and supervising students with special educational needs in the inclusive classrooms were provided with a survey questionnaire. Fully completed questionnaires were collected from respective schools through self-collection, post or e-mail. The data collected were analysed for descriptive and inferential statistics, percentages, t-test and ANOVA using SPSS (version 22). The outcome of the findings was discussed according to the objectives and research questions of the study. This outcome of this study showed high readiness level among teachers, high knowledge level among teachers and positive attitudes of teachers toward inclusive education. At the same time, the study also found out that there is a strong positive correlation between teachers' readiness, knowledge and attitude level.

Since 2009, Indonesia has an excellent commitment and effort in the field of inclusive education. The government provides equal opportunities in education. Through Centre for Development and Empowerment of Teachers and Education Personnel of Kindergartens and Special Education (PPPPTK TK & PLB), the government provides training and services to teachers in the field of inclusive education and special education. The teacher trainers in PPPPTK TK & PLB are called WidyaIswara. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia from the perspective of WidyaIswara of PPPPTK TK & PLB. The research used qualitative method. This research was conducted on March 2nd, 2017 in PPPPTK TK & PLB located in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the interview related to perceptions about special and inclusive education. The interview process used the instrument in interview form to experts that called WidyaIswara with closed-ended questions. A total of 3 Expert in Inclusive Education in PPPPTK participated in this activity. From the findings and discussion of the research, explained about WidyaIswara's perception about: 1) Awareness of students to go to school, 2) Grouping of students with special needs in special and general schools, 3) Distribution of Special Schools in Indonesia, 4) Supporting educational facilities and infrastructure in special and inclusive schools, 5) Teacher in special and inclusive Schools, 6) Learning Activities, 7) Children with special needs after graduation at a level of education, and 8) Government efforts.

The prominence of including learners with special needs, where inclusion implies acceptance of differences. Integrated or inclusive schools are public schools that allow students with disabilities to attend. The study aims to know the attitudes teachers towards inclusive school education. Descriptive method was selected for the study. From different government schools all around in Bhadradri Kothagudem District, 200 normal teachers were selected simple random sample. The objective was to study attitude of teachers about inclusive education programme. The second objective was to know the influence of variables, gender, experience, type of appointment. This study aims to describe the readiness of elementary schools in one of the sub-districts in Padang City, which includes personnel/teachers, facilities, and infrastructure, and a developmental assessment format for children with unique/inclusive needs. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The research subject is the elementary school Principal, which was selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was in the form of questions packaged in a Google Form using the Guttman scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that all schools responded well to the call for inclusive education in schools.
