2018, DERECHO A LA SALUD DE LOS DESPLAZADOS EN COLOMBIA

The displaced population in Colombia, is one of the most vulnerable, due to the indices of violence and exile that is constantly produced by illegal armed groups, for the State, this has been a problematic, where a number of fundamental rights, the main one being Health. Through this work a jurisprudential line will be drawn up, where the sentences that precede the topic will be identified, as well as a problem question will be asked, a response will be sought, where it will be determined if the state protects the health of the their displaced, or if they must request it in an arbitrary manner, requesting before the judges the protection of their rights over all of us and that leads to the following question: How does the constitutional court protect the right to health of the displaced population? The answer to this, will be developed, by means of statistical graphs and the different pronouncements of the high courts, as soon as the subject refers.
