Quantitative data was collected using structured questionnaires administered to respondents. Quantitative data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 22.0.The results were presented in frequency tables, charts, percentages and graphs. Inferential statics were done using Chi Square tests to determine the association between study variables at 95% confidence interval (p<0.05). Results:The resultsrevealed that 59% of respondents were satisfied with their jobs in their current work stations. Work experience (p=0.019), income (p=0.001), intention to leave (p=0.001),and interpersonal relations (p=0.037), were significantly associated with nurses' job satisfaction.
