The concept of leadership is still developing from time to time. Leadership theory also continues to evolve to find the most effective form of leadership in organizational management. In the 1980s, transformative leadership was born and is often referred to as an effective leadership model. In its preparation, this leadership concept uses a leader-follower perspective. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini juga melihat tingkat komitmen guru serta hubungannya dengan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala sekolah, serta data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan multivariat.

The problem studied in this research is not yet optimal performance of teachers in SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. This study was conducted to reveal the principal's transformational leadership and organizational communication its effect on teacher organizational commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a total sample of 28 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and organizational communication have a joint effect on the variable of teacher organizational commitment by 92.2% which means very strong. So it can be concluded that the better the principal's transformational leadership and organizational communication, the better the teacher's organizational commitment.

Kebijakan pembentukan prodi pascasarjana semasa pengusulan pascasarjana STAIN Sorong diajukan mensyaratkan adanya distingsi tertentu sebagai panduan dalam penyusunan kurikulum. Maka, artikel ini akan menjadi pengenalan terma dan juga mengimbas pada masa lalu, untuk memberikan deskripsi kepada mahasiswa terkait dengan kepemimpinan transformatif. Dimana ini dijadikan sebagai landasan kalaulah bukan sebagai Pola Ilmiah Pokok (PIP) yang menjadi pemandu dalam menjalankan rumpun keilmuan pascasarjana.

Today's global world changes encourage schools to start making organizational changes. School leaders are expected to be able to develop competitive strategies and create organizational changes in schools. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational change in elementary schools. This study uses a quantitative approach using simple linear regression test data analysis techniques. The independent variable in this study is the principal's transformational leadership while the dependent variable is organizational change. The sample was 396 respondents with simple random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has an effect on organizational change in elementary schools. Organizational changes in elementary schools by 60% are influenced by the principal transformational leadership.
