The present article addresses the issue of integration of higher professional education establishments, science and industry in Russia. The basis for collaboration of these institutions is national research universities with academic research establishments and different operational sites for the purposes of implementation of overall reform of education system in the Russian Federation. The strategic framework for integration of science, education and industry in modern society and main reasons and targets for improvement of their collaboration on the basis of new development paradigms of modern democratic society have been described. It is found that integration of science, education and industry based on higher education establishments is a multilevel process, which includes the development of international cooperation of global information medium, uniform educational space and use of different innovative techniques and methods of teaching. The article is based on the study of educational activity of two national research universities-Tomsk State University and Tomsk Polytechnic University, which serve as central integration platforms for Tomsk research and educational complex. Main directions of their work for improvement of educational activity aimed at intensifying the efforts of science, education and industry to increase the competitiveness of Russian innovation technologies have been explored in the present article. As the article highlights, Tomsk model of integration of education, science and industry at the present stage of its development shows real benefits for the economic development of Tomsk region.
The research relevance of organizational, content and technological updating of educational process in modern Russian higher education institutions is substantiated by the increase of globalization processes in the conditions of which higher school is experiencing difficulties when it comes to the competition in the market of educational services. In this regard many higher schools are developing and realizing new trajectories of preservation and accumulation of their competitive advantages. This article is aimed to reveal regional experience of organizational, content and technological updating of educational process in Kazan Federal University as the strategic priority to enhance its competitiveness within the Program of competitiveness increase among leading world scientific and educational centers. The key idea of the research was the development of a project aimed to create a research laboratory in collaboration with the Russian Academy of Education at Kazan Federal University; the results of their joint activity are directed to the introduction of new mechanisms to update educational process in the conditions of science and education integration. The article covers the goals and issues of a higher school and research laboratory scientific interaction within the Program of competitiveness increase of higher education institutions; the results of joint development and implementation of educational process monitoring system in a higher education institution are presented; requirements to organizational, content, technological, and information-methodical support of educational process in a higher education institution are elaborated. The article provides a project on organizational, content, and technological updating of educational process in modern Russian higher schools in the conditions of science and education integration that is of practical value for the constructive extrapolation of the presented experience in other higher education institutions; the results obtained in the course of joint activity can be used as a guideline for further organizational and pedagogical development aimed to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions. After gaining the independence, the sovereign Kazakhstan has started to actively reform the education sector. Significantly expanding the international cooperation, Kazakhstan gratefully accepted assistance from the European Union and became one of the main participants of many projects aimed at the globalization of education (TEMPUS, ERASMUS MUNDUS, Erasmus +, etc.). After the twenty years of the reforms, the Republic of Kazakhstan has achieved the significant results. Retaining the education fundamentality constructed in the Soviet era, the multinational Asian country has adapted the old education system to the European standards. This is evidenced by the fact that more than 70% of the specialties of the leading universities of Kazakhstan have received an accreditation certificate from the European Union. In the paper, the aspects of the phased formation of a "new" education in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. Also, the issue of the integration of the education and the science in the industry is highlighted and the recommendations for the quality implementation of the integration process within the framework of higher and postgraduate education are given.

Innovations in education is the new approach of high-tech technologies, as the new way of development in the digitalized area. The article proves that digital technologies are relevant and widely used in various areas of society: management, economic relations, science and education. But digitalization of the educational process is of particular importance, since education can be considered the basis for the development of the economy and the achievement of the planned strategic goals. Today, important transformation processes are taking place in the field of education: electronic textbooks, Internet portals, databases of information needs are spreading, systems of online courses and distance learning are actively developing. A smart education system is being introduced, which involves providing access to content around the world, building learning in an interactive environment. It has been established that the digitalization of education identifies risks and problems that require solutions.

This article discusses the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions, which emphasizes the importance of the motivational need of students and teachers and focuses on special educational conditions, taking into account the individual characteristics of the individual. The analysis of the scientific psycho-pedagogical literature conducted in the article allowed us to reveal the problems of introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process. This article reveals the contradictions between theoretically oriented education and the realization of acquired knowledge in professional activity. Modern processes in the field of education, socioeconomic conditions of society determine a sustainable path of development of the whole system of education. This is unthinkable without innovation, but is also associated with certain difficulties, such as dramatic changes in the disciplines; the teacher's awareness of the need for change; psychological readiness of all subjects of the educational process to innovate in the educational system; ownership and active use by teachers of methods of self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-development; communicative competence of teachers; socio-psychological and emotional climate in the educational institution, etc. The purpose of the article is to analyze, on the basis of articles, publications, scientific works, conducted psychological research, the modern introduction of innovative technologies and the identification of the most common difficulties of introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process in non-language higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Scientific analysis has revealed the possible prospects for the introduction of innovative technologies in the higher education system and a special way of implementing modern requirements, which are used not only for graduates of universities, but also for teachers through the creation specially organized support in the conditions which meet the needs and motives of all participants of educational process; new forms of thinking are formed; overcoming psychological barriers inherent in a person while meeting something new and unknown.

Due to the accelerated pace with which developments in information and communications technology are taking place, digital society and the digital economy have become real and, in turn, are generating specific challenges. In this environment, digital skills and competencies are essential in order to achieve professional success and the personal development of any individual. Through this paper, we aim to bring to light the basic concepts in the field of digital technology and at the same time, the topical implications on the educational processes. The main objective of the paper is to reflect the impact of digitalization on the education sector both in the European context and in Romania. The importance of the topic under consideration can be justified with many arguments, but we will mainly appeal to the need to meet the objectives proposed by the 2020 Strategy in the field of education, research and development at European level and in Romania. Considering the previous premises, in the paper, we will present information about the concepts of digitalization and digitization and the implications in the field of education. The realization of this paper is based on the study of the specialized literature, of the official documents published by the European Commission offices and of the statistics issued by the specialized bodies.

The article deals with the issue of formation of the terminological base in the field of higher education. The purpose of the article is to summarize the results of scientific research performed by a number of scientists and highlight the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "innovative pedagogical technologies". There has been done the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, which highlights various aspects of the research problem, including the interpretation of such concepts as educational technologies (V. Kuz, O. Yankovych), pedagogical technologies (S. Sysoieva, O. Pyekhota), innovative technologies (O. Dubasenyuk, N. Morze), integrative technologies (I. Baranovska, O. Vozniuk), information technologies in education (B. Bocharov, M. Voyevodina) etc. It has been found that the term "innovation" was first used in cultural studies in the 19th century. The innovation process is understood as the development of the following stages: production of ideas (introduction of scientific innovation), practical development and implementation of the ideas. The article presents the structure of the teacher's innovative activities, which combines components, including creativity and reflection, as well as openness to the ideas and views of all participants in the educational process. The interpretation of pedagogical technology is generalized as a set of tools that contribute to the implementation of the latest paradigm of education, ie a set of methods and instruments used by the teacher to achieve learning outcomes. It is concluded that the modern terminological base in the field of education is formed on the basis of scientific research on the essence of such concepts as innovation, innovative technologies, educational technologies, pedagogical technologies etc. These concepts reflect the specifics of diversifying the educational process as a result of creative use of the best experience and innovation in modern education. An interpretation of the term "innovative pedagogical technologies"is provided meaning a set of tools, instruments and procedures that characterize the academic environment of higher education institutions, their integrated application being aimed at all-round development of the student's personality, the students' cultural, social and professional development being identified as the learning outcomes.
