The Polian´s overcoming of the modern capitulation before to the per-plexity. In this work, we sustains, according to Leonardo Polo (Spanish Philosopher, Madrid 1926) that the origin of the perplexity in the modern philosophy is the obje-tualism (Descartes-Hegel). After that, the false exit from the objectualism was the subjectivism (Nietzsche-Heidegger). The Polian´s overcoming of the perplexity consist in a new method of knowledge that hi calls "Abandon of the mental limit". The mental limit is a type of our rational knowledge who presents one mental object. If we can abandon him, we can know without mental object. So, we could know directly the reality. This is the way of knowledge who characterizes to the acquired habits and also to the innate habits. If we employ them we can overcome the perplexity. But like the knowledge by habits is forgotten in the modern philosophy, we must to recover him.
