2019, ESTRUTURA ORGANIZACIONAL E COORDENAÇÃO EM UM CONTEXTO DE INOVAÇÃO INTENSA: OBSERVAÇÃO PARTICIPANTE EM UMA EMPRESA DE BASE TECNOLÓGICA DO SETOR DE BEM-ESTAR

The contemporary technological advances have generated multiple transformation: in the interpersonal relationship, in the way of organizing the manufacturing, the accelerated obsolescence of products, in the launch taxes for new products and services, in the own relation between the concepts of product-service, in the method like the organizations build themselves, relation capital-labor factor, in the labor links, in the strategies and business, among others. In this context, on the organizational view, main in the sectors with innovation taxes in productservice are high, the companies which are called EBTs (Technological-based Companies), considers the creation capacity, the enhancement and the innovation of the products and services as mainly resource to obtain competitive advantages in the market, its necessary look alternatives to make the development of new solutions faster and efficient with the optimization of the potential creative and intellectual of the professionals. The intention of this study is describe and analyze the innovation management methodologies which be interesting for a company that is introduced in the context of intense innovation business, through qualitative approach with one ethnographic research, which can result in one model sketch. The expected result is find one methodology which adjusted to needs and priorities of the analyzed company, supporting the improvement of the work teams management, growing their performance, talking about agility, reaction to the market demands and intern targets.
