ABSTRACT This descriptive research was designed to find out the career aspirations of educational management students of state universities and colleges (SUCs). There were 98 respondents. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather data. The statistical tools used were mean, t-test and Pearson-r. The career aspirations of the students when taken as an entire group and when classified as to sex, age, marital status, highest degree earned, and number of years in service were highly desired to be promoted or hired in a higher position. The job attributes influencing career decisions of students when taken as an entire group and when classified as to sex, age, marital status, highest degree earned, and number of years in service were very influential except to the doctorate degree holder which were extremely influential. There was no significant difference in the career aspirations of students taking up Ed.D/Ph.D major in Educational Management of SUCs in the province of Iloilo when classified as to sex, age, marital status, highest degree earned, and number of years in service. There was no significant difference in the job attributes influencing career decisions of students taking up Ed.D/Ph.D major in Educational Management when classified as to sex, age, marital status, highest degree earned, and number of years in service. There was a significant relationship between the career aspirations and the job attributes influencing the career decisions of the students taking up Ed.D/Ph.D major in Educational Management of SUCs in the province of Iloilo.
