VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER E OS MÉTODOS UTILIZADOS NO ACONSELHAMENTO PASTORAL

The scope of this work is to identify the methods used by pastoral counseling in cases of violence against women, as well as to analyze their effectiveness in combating this global phenomenon. Starting from this premise the specific objective of the work is defined. The problematic of the theme is revealed in the need to recognize the fight against violence against women, a responsibility, also, of the evangelical churches. For this, it is necessary a historical understanding of violence against women, which has been intense since antiquity. According to the evolution of society, the role of women has changed. However, gender inequality was evident in patriarchal ideology. Chapter I deals with violence, in all its forms, besides the appreciation made in relation to the subjects involved in violence. Chapter II emphasizes that high levels of violence required the government to create public policies that would meet demand, guarantee the preservation of women's rights, and punish the aggressor. Specifically in Brazil, many programs and services focused on the theme have been and are being developed by the Federal Government with the support of society. In this sense, the importance of religious intervention is highlighted, considering its number of adherents. Finally, chapter III reveals some methods based on faith, reason and science, developed by evangelical churches to assist in the eradication of violence against women. The research found that the religious movement in this sense is still very slow, however, it was verified that the development of methods of pastoral counseling, allied to different areas of science has been solidifying and gaining space in religious debates. The methodology used was based on a qualitative approach, which allowed the researcher to verify the latent need for the awareness of humanity in relation to the value of women and, consequently, respect and protection of their rights. In view of the above, the present work intends to contribute to the academic dialogue in the promotion and development of mechanisms of prevention and reception of the victims.

From the social juridical perspective and from theoretical categories such as power desproportion, domination, Criminal Dogmatics and public policy, this article questions the effective internalization of gender equality by those accused of violence against women. In order to do so, it presents data from an empirical research carried out in the Federal District about the perception of the Condemned about respect for women.
VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA DESAFIOS DO ACONSELHAMENTO PASTORAL
The present work proposes a reflection on domestic violence, aiming to approach the methods used by pastoral counseling in cases of violence of this kind, as well as to analyze their effectiveness in preventing and combating this phenomenon. In order to advance the general objective, the following specific objectives have been proposed: 1) To understand the definition of violence and the ways in which it is characterized; 2) To reflect on public policies that work in the fight against domestic violence, guaranteeing the preservation of the rights of the victims and also punishment of the aggressor; 3) Contextualize the importance of pastoral counseling in the challenge of developing actions that optimize the fight against domestic violence and promote the acceptance of victims. Faced with the reflexive approach that contemplates the phenomenon of domestic violence and the need for public policies and social actions that alleviate and prevent it, the following question arises: How can evangelical churches act in the fight against domestic violence? Specifically in Brazil, many programs and services focused on the theme have been and are being developed by the Federal Government with the support of society. In this sense, the importance of religious intervention is highlighted, considering its number of adherents. The methodology used consists of a bibliographical research and will serve to contribute to the broadening of the understanding about the aspects that involve the subject in focus, being of fundamental importance, since it raises questions of academic and social interest. Finally, it is concluded that society needs pastoral counseling in order to face the pertinent challenges in the subject addressed where the agents of God's grace, who spread faith, hope and love, can bring peace, comfort and security to those who were victims of scary domestic violence.

Ciências Biológicas e de Saúde Unit | Aracaju | v.3 | n.3 | p.257-274 | Outubro 2016 | periodicos.set.edu.br RESUMO A violência sexual é problema de saúde pública global e ações têm sido implementadas para estimular estudos no tema, a fim de propor intervenções de prevenção e atendimento adequado. Ela é classificada como grave violação de direitos humanos e importante problema de saúde pública, representando a extrema restrição da autonomia sexual e reprodutiva da mulher. Objetivou analisar, compreender e refletir acerca das repercussões no que se refere à mulher vítima de violência sexual nas literaturas avaliadas, nas dimensões: gênero, assistência à saúde, notificações e seus agressores no período de 2007 a 2016. Caracteriza-se por uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com abordagem exploratória, documental, descritiva, qualitativa realizada no período de agosto de 2015 a maio de 2016. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de busca de estudos bibliográficos disponíveis em base de dados como BIREME, LILACS, SCIELO. Foram levantados 32 artigos na base de dados e após uma leitura detalhada foram definidas as categorias. Para aprofundamento e discussão do tema foram selecionados 23 artigos aos quais correspondiam ao assunto escolhido. Concluiu-se que a violência sexual contra a mulher vem crescendo nos últimos tempos, e os sistemas de informação ainda precisam ampliar suas potencialidades para dar alcance às questões de gênero, raça e cor, como também, os profissionais que prestam assistência/atendimento a essas mulheres devem ser melhores capacitados, facilitando assim o reconhecimento dos casos dessa violência.

Resumo Neste artigo, realizamos uma análise das cinco composições e videoclipes premiados na 4ª edição do Concurso de Músicas Lei Maria da Penha, buscando identificar os principais aspectos presentes nas abordagens que as(os) artistas fazem da Lei Federal nº 11.340/2006. A partir dessa análise, ressaltamos a importância das músicas, no sentido de possibilitar a ampliação da discussão sobre as violências contra as mulheres na sociedade brasileira e, por conseguinte, contribuir para o enfrentamento e consequente mudança desta situação.
