The study identified the modality of paying electricity bills at Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company; it determined the extent to which customers are satisfied with electricity supply by IBEDC and also investigated the level of consumer expectations on the quality of IBEDC service in Ile-Ife. These were with a view to providing information on customer's satisfaction in Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company. The study adopted descriptive survey design. The population for the study comprised all IBEDC customers in Ile-Ife Business Hub. The sample for the study consisted 200 customers selected using stratified sampling techniques.
