Creativity is showing an approach with different angles to things that is known, having in mind. It is the ability to see life with completely new eye and a cognitive-affective skill that can convert a unique structure part that was defective or missing. Creativity is an important measure of intelligence. In general, it is known that is not a process that follow the rational and logic rules of creativity. People often don't know how that creative ideas came about and think that is developed spontaneously. For people with creative minds is a natural process to generate creative ideas, may not require effort. If a brain is not aware of the creativity potential, believes that creative thinking is an innate ability and inadvertently blocked their creative thinking skills. The graphic design basically is a transformation to a output of creative thinking, i.e. into products. In the training process should be flexible, should provide a suitable environment. It is important to determine how a way followed in this process, which system is developing creativity. Some thinkers on creativity think that the original ideas reveal without rules, when barriers-limits disappeared. So, most of them say that full freedom and breaking the rules encourage creativity. There are those who think exact opposite of this idea. One side defends to breaking the rules, the other side defends the idea of being bound by rules. To adopt the both idea in a balanced manner can provide to confusedness and unpredictability habits which is important for the graphic design features by the students. So, in this study it will be focused on the application form of these two features-breaking the rules and bounding by rules-. Ability to produce creative ideas of students in the educational process will be discussed in some ways, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
