COVID-19, a lethal pandemic, has become a challenge to surmount; scientific communities are delicately involved and collaborating to explore treatments and resolutions to mitigate COVID-19 deadliest spread around the globe. This deadliest pandemic, causing the loss of many innocent and precious lives. In this context, an idea has developed to use frequencies, which may help the quiver of spike protein legs produce identifiable active sound waves for tracing, delineating, shattering, and devastating COVID-19 physiognomies. Previous studies have taken into consideration what authenticates the idea. The idea incorporated in this letter may help develop methods for distinguishing, tracing, and shattering the biological structure of COVID-19 and detecting the presence of virus by interfering with resonant frequencies. In this perspective, three main ideas have focused: energy formation in COVID-19 virus anatomy and heat production to devastate it. Second, the generation of detectable unique sound waves from the COVID-19 structure may help develop methods for detecting virus presence. We propose a new technique of utilizing metamaterials-based sensor for rapid diagnosis of covid-19 through electromagnetic-stimulated analysis of the blood drawn from the patient. The sensor was inspired by a coronavirus in plane-shaped design with presume that its circular structure might produce a broader interaction of the electromagnetic waves with the blood sample. The sensor was designed numerically and tested experimentally by evaluating variations in the reflection coefficient (S11) and transmission coefficient (S21) of the waves at resonant frequency. Results of covid-19 relevant blood sample showed a pronounced shift in the main resonant frequency of about 740 MHz compared to that of the control blood sample. We believe that with the help of the proposed sensor a significant breakthrough can be achieved for rapid diagnosis of covid-19 within few seconds.

Rapid Detection of Coronavirus (COVID-19) Using Microwave Immunosensor Cavity Resonator

This paper presents a rapid diagnostic device for the detection of the pandemic coronavirus (COVID-19) using a micro-immunosensor cavity resonator. Coronavirus has been declared an international public health crisis, so it is important to design quick diagnostic methods for the detection of infected cases, especially in rural areas, to limit the spread of the virus. Herein, a proof-of-concept is presented for a portable laboratory device for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus using electromagnetic biosensors. This device is a microwave cavity resonator (MCR) composed of a sensor operating at industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) 2.45 GHz inserted in 3D housing. The changes of electrical properties of measured serum samples after passing the sensor surface are presented. The coronavirus pandemic COVID-19 has created havoc globally. At this point there is no known cure and the death rate is high. This paper reviews the risks of spread of the virus, symptoms, incubation, pathophysiology, process of infection and the immune effects of the virus. By better understanding of the COVID-19 tissue targets, immune effects and process of infection, some targeted therapeutic strategies are discussed, as well as a proposed use of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) to help at various points through the full scope of the infection, from incubation to replication, viremia, pneumonia and through recovery.

Virus is known to resonate in the confined-acoustic dipolar mode with microwave of the same frequency. However this effect was not considered in previous virus-microwave interaction studies and microwave-based virus epidemic prevention. Here we show that this structure-resonant energy transfer effect from microwaves to virus can be efficient enough so that airborne virus was inactivated with reasonable microwave power density safe for the open public. We demonstrate this effect by measuring the residual viral infectivity of influenza A virus after illuminating microwaves with different frequencies and powers. We also established a theoretical model to estimate the microwaves power threshold for virus inactivation and good agreement with experiments was obtained. Such structure-resonant energy transfer induced inactivation is mainly through physically fracturing the virus structure, which was confirmed by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. These results provide a pathway toward establishing a new epidemic prevention strategy in open public for airborne virus.
