This article investigates the impact of digital and technological advancement in the Indonesian banking industry based on the perspective of marketing. The application of technology in the marketing field enables the banks to gain a competitive advantage in introducing their product to the potential and current customers. On the other hand, these benefits are also exposing the banks' and its customer to the marketing fraud risk. To find the impact of digital and information technology (IT) utilization with the addition of marketing fraud risk, the questionnaire in this research is answered by the directors of the banks' that are classified to the Book 4 category in Indonesia. Technological developments are forcing the banking sector to adapt to the digital era. Bank Muamalat Indonesia focuses on e-Banking services for non-individual customers. 24/7 service, including the MADINA feature for real-time transactions, makes things easier for customers. MADINA, a CMS application, makes cash management easier for corporate customers. Through SWOT and QSPM analysis, the bank formulates a digital marketing strategy to improve business performance. This research uses mixed methods, combining quantitative and qualitative data to produce a narrative description. This approach emphasizes the nature of data, process rather than results. Descriptive analysis was carried out using a financial ratio approach. The focus is on converting qualitative data into quantitative data from interviews as a data collection technique. Bank Muamalat Indonesia will implement a collaboration strategy with third parties as a top priority, with the highest TAS of 4,143. The second alternative is to utilize brand image, with TAS 4,068. Utilization of technology in promotions was the third highest strategy, with TAS 4,031, followed by sustainable satisfaction for partners with TAS 4,003. Training to improve the quality of human resources is the final strategy with a TAS weight of 4.031.
The Online Banking Usage in Indonesia: An Empirical Study

Many Indonesian banks have offered online banking services to improve service to existing customers and attract new ones. However, the online banking service is new to most people in Indonesia. This study focuses on this issue and attempts to identify the determinants of customer intention to use online banking. A research framework based on the Delone and McLean Information System Success (D and M IS) model for assessing website quality and the literature on brand credibility was developed to identify the factors that can affect customer intention to use online banking. This study uses customers of the financial industry in Indonesia as subjects and collects 184 valid questionnaires. Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is applied in the investigation. The analytical results indicate that brand credibility can affect customer intention to use online banking.
The Impact of Technology on the Marketing of Financial Services in SBI Bank Customers

The present paper investigates the influence of the Impact of Technology on the Marketing of Financial Services. The area of the study is in Uttar Pradesh state of SBI Bank Customers. The researcher used the quantitative deductive approach and a questionnaire to collect data. The sample consisted of 90 customer's (Information Technology, Internet banking, and mobile b anking), customers which they have using it applications such as they visit through bank service online from anywhere in 20 diff erent Alpha, Beta, and Gama SBI Bank Customers categories based on probabilistic sampling; the researcher secured confidenti ality for banks and respondents names. This research used four components of banking technology namely Information Technol ogy, Internet banking, and mobile banking, of on the Marketing of Financial Services. Results of this research confirmed that th ree components of the technology impact the marketing of financial services in SBI Bank Customers; these components are Info rmation Technology, Internet banking, and mobile banking, of marketing of financial services. Analysis Factors of Using Internet Banking in Indonesia

The success of internet banking depends on how the customer understanding the system. It is important for the bank to find out how consumers appreciate internet banking services in order to help find a strategic plan and increase market share. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of internet banking services. The research used descriptive method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to users of internet banking in Indonesia with a sample of 385 people with nonprobability sampling purposive. The analysis technique used is Exploratory Factor Analysis. This research analyzes the 5 factors that exist are: Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Social Influence, Trust, and Effort Expectancy. The results showed that there are three factors that influence the decision to use internet banking. Factors newly created change indicator with the addition or reduction in the number of indicators derived from different variables. The new three factors are: Performance Expectancy, Trust and Social Influence. Implication of this study will help the bank to improve its service quality so that the customers more comfortable and confident with the Internet banking service in Indonesia.

This study aims to ascertain the ways in which Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by digital marketing, word-of-mouth, brand image, and financial literacy. Students were the research population used in this study. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling, totaling 400, were the methods used in this study's sample strategy. By distributing questionnaires, this study employed a quantitative methodology. Using SPSS version 23.0, the acquired data was examined for data quality. Next, statistical data will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) variance-based structural equation model. The findings of this study indicate that The interest of Generation Z in Sharia banking is influenced by financial literacy. The findings of this study indicate that interest in Sharia banking among Generation Z is influenced by digital marketing. According to the study's findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by brand perception. Based on the research findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by word of mouth.
Internet-Based Products in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia

This paper aims to oversee how Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia adopt information and communication technology to its internet-based financial products and to analyze contributing factors behind such adoption. The data collected covers twelve Islamic commercial banks operating in Indonesia and information on its internet-based financial products. The result suggests that all the banks use automated teller machines as main financial product and seven among the banks provides extra financial products in the form of internet banking via internet, SMS banking via smartphone and others. The limitation of products in some banks can be traced from its length in the industry, capacity of its holding company and its coverage as seen from its offices. This findings imply that development of internet-based products in Islamic commercial banks has still very prospective especially caused by the fast growing access and technology investment in Indonesia.
The Main Trends and Features of Banking Marketing in the Digital Economy

Keen competition in the market of banking products has made effective marketing activities of banks one of the most important factors of their successful functioning. Changes in the technological and socio-cultural environment require the adjustment of current marketing practices, as well as the active introduction of modern methods of promotion. The development of digital means of data transmission and their active use by the population has led to an interest in digital marketing. The features of bank digital marketing as one of the sectoral types of marketing have been determined. The main characteristics of marketing Ukraine’s banking services have been outlined. The results of the study of major trends in digital marketing used by domestic banks in 2020have been presented. It has been found out that the cost of Internet advertising in the media component of marketing communications increased by 2.9 times up to UAH 2.3 billion, while the volume of television advertising decreased by 8% to UAH 3.9 billion. At the beginning of 2020, the expenses of banking institutions for marketing and advertising increased by UAH 571 million compared with 2016. The results of the research show that in 2020, only 29 out of 75 banks used Chatbots and seven of them used Chatbots as marketing communication channels with their customers. Only 11 banks of Ukraine prove to have significant success in doing marketing activities on social networks. The study allows us to note that most banking organizations are actively using certain digital marketing tools for promotion replacing traditional banking transactions with services based on the use of artificial intelligence, and moving into cyberspace. Only a small number of the analyzed financial institutions use all possible tools of digital marketing. Banking institutions have focused mainly on offering an improved customer experience, with more personalization and more customized services to increase customer satisfaction.
