Abstract

Join us as Charles Lein talks to Dr. Richard Utz at the 50th International Congress on Medieval Studies. Richard Utz was a plenary lecturer at the 50th ICMS and presented on "The Notion of the Middle Ages: Our Middle Ages, Ourselves," and he was gracious enough to sit down with us a tell us more about his ideas on popular notions on the Middle Ages and how medievalists might benefit from embracing and working with popular medievalism.
