Abstrak Guru profesional memegang kunci utama bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan masa depan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah Profesionalisme Kinerja Guru di SMP Islam Albadariyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profesionalisme kinerja guru di SMP Islam Albadariyah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari guru. Dengan populasi guru sebanyak 21 orang guru dan peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 7 orang guru kelas. Alasan peneliti mengambil subjek tersebut atas pertimbangan dari kepala sekolah bahwa karena keterbatasan waktu dan tenaga sebaiknya cukup mengambil satu orang guru saja setiap kelas agar bisa mewakili seluruh kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket, observasi dan wawancara. Untuk mengolah data, angket menggunakan rumus deskriptif persentase, untuk mengolah data Observasidan wawancara digunakan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 76% guru profesional dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai guru pembelajaran dan berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan 24% lainnya belum menjalankan perannya sebagai guru pembelajaran dengan maksimal. Disarankan

Classroom management is a strategy that must be owned by a teacher in managing a conducive learning environment. This dedication is motivated by field facts which show that grade 3 students are not conducive in the classroom during the process of teaching and learning activities. This becomes a problem in class 3. So that when the learning process takes place, the teacher has difficulty managing it in the classroom. This service aims to conduct an in-depth study to explain how conducive classroom management strategies are to increase students' interest in learning so that effective and efficient learning can be achieved. The approach in this service uses qualitative methods. This type of service uses a case study with the data source being the 3rd grade students of SD HADI SAKTI. This data collection uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. The analysis technique uses an interactive model which goes through 3 stages, namely data condensation, data display and data conclusion. Based on the results of the dedication above, it shows that in the learning process the teacher is less consistent in teaching because grade 3 students are not conducive in class. Therefore the importance of the approach in the learning process so that the class can be managed properly. These approaches include: 1. authoritarian approach, 2. intimidation approach, 3. permissive approach, 4. behavior change approach and 5. socio-emotional approach, so that teaching and learning activities can run as expected.

Strategi pembelajaran PAi merupakan mata kuliah profesi untuk calon guru. Strategi pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan saat ini berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Mata kuliah ini menyampai beberapa strategi pembelajaran yaitu Brain Base Teaching, Quantum Learning, Contextual Teaching and Learning, Afektif Learning, dan startegi pembelajaran lainya. Di harapakan dengan penyajian strategi pembelajaran, mahasiswa bisa mengimplementasikan strategi di tiap pembelajaran PAI. Sehingga siswa senang belajar PAI.
