By the end of 2016, after nearly 30 years since the Law on Foreign Investment was passed by the National Assembly in 1987, the flow of foreign direct investment (FDI) into Vietnam tends to increase, increasingly affirming. An important role for the implementation of economic development goals in Vietnam. After 30 years, Vietnam has attracted more than USD 336 billion of FDI capital with about 12,000 enterprises (enterprises) operating from more than 100 countries and territories. However, compared to expectations, FDI has not brought into play the comparative advantages in investing in high technology, in promoting the spread and training of high quality human resources, frequent changes. and inconsistency in policies to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam is a barrier that many investors are afraid of.
