This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a case study. The sample. The sampling in this study was carried out using simple random sampling with the Slovin formula and the number of employees was 88 people from 112 populations. The method of analysis in this study is = multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable partially does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, the independent variables: leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction and employee performance. This research is based on primary data, and the sample in this research is lecturer STIE Perbanas Surabaya which is engaged in education. The statistical method used in this research is Structural Equations Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with 36 samples. The dimensions used in leadership style are participative style, nurturant style, authoritarian style, bureaucratic style and task oriented. The dimensions used in organizational culture are integration approach, diffrentiation approach, and fragmentation approach. Dimensions used in job satisfaction are satisfaction with salary, promotion, colleagues, supervisor and job supervisor. And the dimensions used in employee performance are subject knowledge, assessment skills, student-lecturer relations, organizational skills, communication skills, subject relevance and utility (meaningfullness) of assignment. The results showed that organizational culture dimension had positive impact on employee performance, leadership style had positive impact on employee performance, job satisfaction had positive impact on employee performance, organizational culture had positive impact on job satisfaction, leadership style had positive impact on job satisfaction and leadership style had positive impact on organizational culture. So the research findings prove that organizational culture and leadership style is an important element that greatly affect employee performance and job satisfaction. 1

This study builds an integrative equation model intended to provide an overall meaning about the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction and its implications for employees, and how the relationship between each variable is interrelated. This research was conducted at PT. Neo Pangan Harmony by using primary and secondary data. This study took a sample of 250 people from a population of 675 people, the results of this study showed a significant relationship between each variable on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. This research discusses the role of job satisfaction in mediating leadership style and organizational culture of performance employees at PT. X. This research was conducted by using the probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 41 employees of PT. X. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that Leadership style has a positive influence on performance of employees, organizational culture has a positive influence on performance of employees and job satisfaction have a direct and positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. X. Job satisfaction proven that has a role in mediating leadership style and organizational culture on employees' performance.

This study focuses on examining the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction, the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. The influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews, secondary data obtained from the HR department of PTPN IV Laras. The population in the study in the form of all permanent employees of PTPN IV Laras amounted to 349 people. The technique of determining the number of samples using Slovin formula with a total sample of 185 people. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling. The results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. From the results of the study, it was also found that the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. However, the job satisfaction variable does not mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The results show that the variable job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on employee performance.

This study aimed to describe the style of leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance. In addition, this study also aimed to analyze influence leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. Respondents were employees Togamas Discount Bookstore in poor regions. The population in this study were 55 employees Corporate Discount Bookstore Togamas in poor, the data collection method used was census by using the entire amount of the population as a sample. Technical analysis was made using descriptive analysis method, the classical assumption test, test hypotheses and methods of multivariate statistical analysis of completed pathways using linear regression techniques with SPSS statistical software. The results showed that job satisfaction status as a mediating variable that can mediate variables of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. Participatory leadership style, attention to accuracy, co-workers, and the ability to cooperate become an important indicator, Employee performance can be built if the employee is satisfied with the leadership styles applied in the company and the company has a good organizational culture.

Purpose of study: The current study aims to explore the relationship between employee performance, organizational and leadership style through job satisfaction. Methodology: Data in this research were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents. Epson Batam, and hypothesis testing using path analysis. Results: The results showed that the structural model of the first, direct organizational culture and leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In the second structural model, direct organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance and indirectly through job satisfaction organizational culture and the leadership style significantly influence performance.
