Abstract The management of local authorities is based primarily on the diagnostic-prospective study tandem. This management requires the participation and consideration of factors capable of generating resources for harmonious local development. However, this logic still does not seem obvious to the municipal actors. Helping town halls, in particular that of Korhogo, to better understand the municipal economy and to create their own resources in order to finance the municipal development plan is our primary objective through this work.

The dietary risk incurred by the population requires improved endogenous capacities of rural production and the construction of commercial infrastructures.

Gouvernance des barrages Korhogo

The analyses show that the governance of hydro-agricultural facilities in the north is dependent on central government power, political orientations, technical design provisions, financing processes and the farmers' collective. This results in decision-making interferences that do not constitute an obstacle to the sustainability of these structures and the deployment of economic activities in these rural areas.

In developing countries, household waste management is a critical concern and tends to deteriorate in a context of rapid urbanization. This is why this study aims to understand the perceptions of waste in the Korhogo Senoufos through the local governance of Korhogo. To achieve this goal, we opted for a methodological approach combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. For the collection of quantitative data a questionnaire was sent to 120 respondents.
