Employers should have a duty of care to their employees. In other words, employers should take all necessary steps that ensure employee’s health, safety and well-being. In an organization, or a business, physical health and mental health of the employees should not be only a legal duty. It is a business need that helps to build trust, it reinforces the employer's commitment to employees. This is a wide ranging area.
