PENDAHULUAN Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya (UNSURI) memiliki komitmen yang kuat dalam mengembangkan dan memberi pelayanan kepada masyarakat, oleh karenanya Unsuri menyadari bahwa untuk menjadi sebuah universitas atau kampus yang berkualitas, perlu memberikan pendidikan yang memadai, apa menjadi kebutuhan konsumen, dalam hal ini masyarakat, maka pihak universitas atau kampus harus bekerja dengan efektif, efisien dan profesional.
