Effect of Wind Speed and Temperature on the Efficiency of PV Module (original) (raw)

Nowadays Energy Supply has become a major issue for developing countries like Pakistan. To cope up with this issue the world starts moving towards renewable sources instead of burning fossil fuels which has a carbon effect on the environment as well as living things. In the Power Generation sector, Solar Energy has now become an alternative to Fossil Fuels based power production plants. In today's world, PV modules known as Photovoltaic Modules consisting of different solar light-capturing sheets are used to get safe energy production. Side by side, calculation, and analysis of the impact of various factors like wind and temperature on the production of energy are significant for the evaluation of capacity. In this report Actual Efficiency, Capacity factor, Performance Ratio, and Annual energy of 300W are calculated using solar radiation analysis data for the year 2015 for Bahawalpur along with analysis of the impact of Temperature only and temperature and Wind on the PC-module performance or production from firstly Daily basis calculation then on Monthly basis from the Hourly Datasets.
