This study aims to obtain information regarding whether performance is influenced by transformational leadership, competence, and job satisfaction. Using a causal study through a survey at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Pandeglang, for a sample of 50 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression. The results prove that there is an effect of transformational leadership on performance, there is an influence of competence on performance, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of transformational leadership, competence and job satisfaction together on performance. This study examined the effect of individual characteristics and transformational leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees at the Department of Islamic Shari'a. The samples were 114 employees. The analytical tool used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) tools. The results showed that individual characteristics and transformational leadership affected job satisfaction. Individual characteristics and job satisfaction also significantly affected organizational commitment. However, transformational leadership did not influence organizational commitment. Then, in testing the indirect relationship, job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment. But job satisfaction fully mediated the effect of individual characteristics on organizational commitment

Perusahaan akan memiliki cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Faktor yang dapat meningkatkannya adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemdes Pemerintah Kota Denpasar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemdes Pemerintah Kota Denpasar yang berjumlah 34 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden dalam penelitian. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemdes Pemerintah Kota Denpasar. Hal ini memiliki makna bahwa semakin baik penerapan gaya kepemimpinan, dan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional yang dimiliki pegawai, maka semakin bertambah pula tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemdes Pemerintah Kota Denpasar.

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement is mediated by job satisfaction. The type of research is positivist reasearh. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Smart Program (PLS) Version 2.0 PLS based on the Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This research was conducted at State Polytechnic of Malang. The population of this study uses a census (saturated sample, so that the number of samples is the same as the number of the population. The results show that transformational leadership has no significant effect on work engagement and job satisfaction mediate the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan variabel mediasi komitmen organisasi dari 196 Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. This research aims to identify and analyze the effect to of transformational leadership which consists of four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualizedconsideration and intellectual stimulation effect to job satisfaction of imployees at PT Madubaru PG PS Madukismo of Yogyakarta. This study analyzes the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment on teachers. This study aims to see whether there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment to teachers. Using a simple linear regression research design withquantitative methods non-experimental. This research was conducted on 69 teachers of SMAN 1 Cicalengka using google form. This study uses transformational leadership Bass's (1985) theory and Mowday & Steers' (1979) organizational commitment theory. Using the Measuring Tool Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) (Bass et al., 1995) adapted by Ancok (2012) and and the Organizational Commitment Scale compiled by the Mowday concept adapted by Ingarianti (2015). The results show that, 42.02% of SMAN 1 Cicalengka teachers have moderate organizational commitment and 49.27% have moderate perceptions of the current principal's leadership. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study showing that there is an influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment with a coefficient of determination of 17.2%.

Organizational commitment is one of the important issues in the world of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Katingan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi (research explanatory). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun dengan melalui motivasi kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dalam hubungan ini motivasi merupakan variabel mediasi penuh (full mediator) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi.
