ANALISIS KETEBALAN LAPISAN PADA PENGECATAN BAJA KARBON RENDAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE RESPONS PERMUKAAN

The number of vehicles has increased every year. This increase was accompanied by an increase in the number of accidents that occurred. Accidents that occur result in damage to vehicles so that repainting is needed. Painting is an effort made by applying paint in liquid form on the surface of an object to create a layer on the surface of the object. Painting serves to protect and improve the appearance of a surface. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of a combination of parameters that can produce maximum thickness values. The experimental design used in this study is a surface response method with three parameters where each parameter has three levels. The parameters chosen were spraying distance (110 mm, 130 mm, 150 mm), composition between paint-thinner (1: 1.6; 1: 1.4; 1: 1,2), and pressure (3,5; 4 , 5; 5.5). The painting process is carried out with the help of a paint test demonstrator. The painting results are dried in the oven and then measured using a thickness gauge. The measurement data is processed using the help of Minitab software and the estimator equation for thickness is obtained. The parameters with the greatest influence in this study are the distance of spraying with a distance coefficient of 2.258. Painting with the highest average value of thickness occurred in the fifteenth experiment with a thickness value of 39.9µm. The thickness is obtained by variable variations of 130mm distance, paint-thinner 1: 1.4 composition and 4.5 bar pressure

Lamun Ombak restaurant is a business that has a big name in the city of Padan today, in the city of Padang also many emerging big names that also have similar businesses, such as restaurants Lubuk Idai, restaurant Pauh, Simple restaurant that continues to expand market in various areas in Padang City. To address the increasingly competitive competition, Lamun Ombak restaurants must still maintain excellent service and customer satisfaction to maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the Influence Analysis of Service Performance and Consumer Satisfaction Against Repurchase Trend (Case Study at Lamun Ombak Restaurant Padang). The independent variables are Service Performance (x1) and Consumer Satisfaction (x2). The dependent variable is the Buying Trend (Y). The sample in this research is 100 consumers who come to visit. Data were collected using documentation and interviews. Hypothesis testing using analysis, regression, t test, F test and determination. The results showed partially and simultaneously service performance and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the trend of repurchase in the Lamun Ombak restaurant with a significance value of 0.000. While viewed from the coefficient of determination obtained R square value of 0.443 has the meaning that the ability of independent variables to explain the amount of variation in the dependent variable is 44.3% the rest explained other variables that are not included in the equation

ANALISIS PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN TERHADAPKEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN RUKO DI KOTA MALANG

Mahasiswa Program Magister Manajemen PPSUB Agung Yuniarinto Dosen Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Brawijaya Djumilah Zain Dosen Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Brawijaya ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadapkeputusan pembelian yaitu dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor bauran pemasaran dankelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian ruko di kota Malang. Dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh dari faktor produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, bukti fisik, kelompok referensi baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial,serta dilengkapi pula mengenai faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadapkeputusan pembelian ruko di kota Malang, khususnya di daerah berkembang di kotaMalang.Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor,analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini dapatdisimpulkan bahwa faktor produk, harga, lokasi strategis, promosi, bukti fisik, dankelompok referensi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusankonsumen dalam membeli ruko di kota Malang. Secara parsial, produk, harga, lokasi strategis, bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan promosi dan kelompok referensi tidak berpengaruh. Untuk factor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadapkeputusan pembelian ruko di kota Malang adalah lokasi strategis. Hasil penelitianmenyarankan kepada pengembang untuk memahami perilaku konsumen untuk mengetahui konsep ruko yang diharapkan konsumen.Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian, Konsep Ruko PENDAHULUAN

One of the problems with banks is about service. Investigation questions include: 1) Do BPR Syariah's customer service, counter and marketing jointly contribute to customer satisfaction? 2) Does the top management's commitment to the quality of BPR Syariah Botani service deliver satisfaction to satisfaction? The purpose of this study is to: 1) Check the impact of Sharia Rural Banks' customer service, counter and marketing on sales satisfaction. 2) Prioritize top management commitment to the quality of BPR Syariah Botani services for credit satisfaction. This study uses quantitative analysis and the analysis used is linear multiple regression. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The study sample used was BPRS Botani and 100 respondents from the general public. The results of this study showed that the adjusted value of R-squared was 0.607 (60.7%). PENGARUH JUS JERUK DAN MINUMAN BERKARBONASI TERHADAP KEKERASAN PERMUKAAN RESIN KOMPOSIT

Background: Orange juice and Carbonat drink contains an acid agent which can affect the surface hardness of composite resin. Changes of surface hardness of composite resin is caused by infiltration of water containing the acid agent that affect the bonding of matrix to filler composite resin. This study purpose to determine the effect of immersed orange juice and carbonat drink on surface hardness of composite resin. Method: This was experimental laboratory study with a pre and post test control group design. The samples of composite resin had 12 mm in diameters and 2 mm in thickness (n=27). Composite resin used is FiltexTM Z350 XT shades A2. Samples were divided into three groups : group A immersed with orange juice, group B immersed with carbonat drink, and group C immersed with aquadest as the negative control. Samples were immersed for 24 hours. The pre and post immertion of composite resin surface hardness were measured with Micro Vickers Hardness Tester. Results: Post immertion Vickers hardness was compared by using one way anova test. The result showed that immersed orange juice and carbonat drink significantly reduced the surface hardness of composite resin (p < 0,05). Concluision: The conclusion Immersed carbonat drink more reduced the surface hardness of composite than orange juice. It is suggested to reduce the duration direct exprossure of consumption carbonat drink.
