Bukhatuly Bazylhan (1932-2012) Prominent altaist, Turkologist and Mongolist. The founder of a comparative study of the Kazakh and Mongolian languages. Doctor of Philology (1993), Professor (1995). Honored Scientist of Mongolia (2008). B.Bazylhan was born in 1932 in Mongolia, Bayan-Ulgey aimag in Tsengel somon. In 1960 he graduated from the Mongolian State University in the Mongolian language and literature. B.Bazylhan was in the 1960-1994 years. junior, senior, chief researcher at the Institute of Language and Literature Mongolian Academy of Sciences, in 1995-2000. chief scientist of the Institute of Oriental Studies named after RB Suleimenov Academy in 2001 and RK-2008. chief scientific officer of Humanities and Economic Research Center of the Bayan-Ulgey branch of the Mongolian. He decided by comparative historical analysis of the issue of kinship of the Turkic (Kazakh), mongolskih, Tungus-manchzhur, Japanese and Korean language at the level of phonetics, morphology, lexicology and syntax, as well as developed a new theoretical and methodological solution to the "theory of morpheme" and the genetic basis of the Altai languages. On this issue, B.
