Fashion Education Students’ Achievement on Entrepreneurship Lecture Uses Blended Learning in the Pandemic Period

Nowadays we are in the pandemic period, everything changed. The teaching and learning process had changed, from luring to daring. The study aims to know the achievements of the Fashion Education Study Program students in Entrepreneur lecture used blended learning during the pandemic period. The research method was survey on Entrepreneur instructional achievements of student on Entrepreneur lecture. The data were analyzed using percentage descriptive technique. The result, there was a good students' achievement it was about 79 % on Entrepreneur lecture by applying blended learning during pandemic period.

An evaluation of e-learning of entrepreneurship course: Learning alternative during Covid-19 pandemic for university students

This research was conducted to present recommendations on the implementation of e-learning courses Entrepreneurship during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation refers to model Kirkpatrick's with Level 1: Satisfaction, Level 2: Learning, Level 3: Behavior, and Level 4: Impact. The research used a quantitative method with data analysis using percentage techniques. The sample was 307 students who had attended Entrepreneurship courses using e-learning. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The results show that the evaluation level 1: student satisfaction in learning, on average of 67% and 33% of the other feeling dissatisfied and less able to accept entrepreneurship learning optimally. Level 2 evaluation: learning outcomes, data cognitive, affective, and psychomotor have an average improvement. Evaluation level 3: there was an average improvement of only 18 points on entrepreneurial behavior. Evaluation level 4: 53% of students respond that e-learning is suitable for sustainable use, 59% give the opinion that e-learning is effective in increasing the ability to be an entrepreneurial, and 52% undertake entrepreneurial activities after participating in e-learning. The recommendation of this study's results is to continue learning by using e-learning by paying attention to process factors and combining it with learning, which refers more to implementing entrepreneurial projects to improve psychomotor competence and entrepreneurial behavior in the future. Blended Learning as a Choice of Learning Model in Vocational Education After the COVID-19 Pandemic

Various online learning models were applied during the COVID-19 pandemic, ranging from simply using communication applications, to those using learning systems or a combination of both. The majority think that online learning must be done face-to-face, even though online. In each meeting, it is usually equipped with material sharing, exercises or even video tutorials. Students have extensive opportunities to communicate with lecturers, either during scheduled meetings or outside of schedules. Although the learning process will be returned to normal due to the end of the pandemic, the online learning experience for two years has given a distinct impression to students and lecturers. There is a desire to maintain it as a distraction from classroom learning. Blended learning, namely the learning process in the classroom interspersed with online learning is the right choice. The study program and lecturers must jointly make an agreement to determine the material and portion size between offline and online learning, as well as monitor and evaluate its implementation. The quality of the output must be able to be maintained or even improved through this blended learning process.

Managing Virtual Entrepreneurship Education In Times of Covid-19 Pandemic: A Reflective Single Case Study At Balitar Islamic University

Universities have faced challenging times since March 24th, 2020 due to the attack of covid-19 pandemic. Eversince, academian have been challenged of insearch of propper method for learning delivery. To ensure that students remained having access for Entrepreneurship Education Balitar Islamic University provided virtual learning design in terms of Virtual Entrepreneurial Mentoring, Virtual Professional Occupational Mentoring, and Virtual Sociopreneurial Mentoring. This paper was aimed at describing how these virtual mentorings were managed and how were the participants responses. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach using reflective embeded single case study design where the researchers were also actively participated in the mentorings. The multiple units of analysis were planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation resulting degree of the participants response. Data were collected using reflective field notes and Kirkpatrick four levels Evaluation. The multiple analysis was done using descriptive analysis. This study resutled paterrn of planning, patern of organizing including roles and working proceedures, paternof implementation, and evaluation results which showed learners' satisfaction.

Blended Learning Plays Important Role during Covid-19 for Education Sector: A Review

Blended learning is an instructing practice that joins, or blends classroom and online learning for students. Nowadays, blended learning models are used both platform for learning such as face to face education and online learning and also teachers can use both leaning platform advantages. The main aim of this review paper, provide numerous definitions of blended learning, four models, challenges, advantage and example of new technologies that is used for online teaching and learning in Indian education system are discussed. The main contribution of this paper is how blended learning is an innovative and emerging technology for students to learn through a wonderful platform via two modes (traditional mode of classroom teaching and ICT supported teaching learning). Although many authors and researchers are deeply described about what is blended learning, what is meant and how students are learnt and use this in whole life.

Process management and approaches in distance learning based on blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic

Today, especially during the covid-19 pandemic, as it is today, all activities of educational institutions or madrasas/schools must carry out the online learning process. One of the learning innovations that can be carried out by madrasas/schools is by implementing blended learning-based distance learning. This study aims to determine how management, learning planning, and evaluation of learning based on blended learning are carried out at MA Al Azhar, Banjar, Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study consisted of 15 teachers spread across various fields of study. The study used qualitative data analysis techniques with descriptive methods. Development of Learning Guide with Project-based Blended Learning in Vocational High Schools during the Covid-19 pandemic

The main objective of Project-based Blended Learning (PjBL) is to integrate the theory and practice learned by students. Students are given the task of designing, solving problems, and making decisions in completing a project. Students are based on guided learning, then they share work and work together starting from data collection, reading, analysis, and discussion to producing innovative products. The PjBL learning model is very relevant by utilizing a mixed teaching system between online (online) and offline (outside the network), another term called blended learning. Blended learning means a combination of face-to-face learning systems with e-learning that can be used by anyone. This study uses a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach. The result of this research is guided learning based on PjBL through google classroom. Learning media using google classroom is an alternative practical learning media that can be used during the current pandemic. The google classroom media is open to students thus the next researcher can make online learning media more attractive and accessible to anyone. This research implies that productive teachers can use digital media as a teaching aid. Using a PjBL model where students become more active and more creative.

Design of Telegram Assisted E-Work Team Based Blended Learning in Entrepreneur Learning

The background of this research were: (1) optimizing the learning subject potential and optimize the use of technology to support learning; (2) discipline students in collecting assignments; (3) directing students to get a relevance of references to supporting their assignments; (4) improve student literacy in scientific articles or journals; (5) to support the creative economy of Government programs that was introduced in the education field through entrepreneur learning. Moreover, this study to support Government policy about work from home (WFH) and school from home (SFH) to preventive measure dissolution of Covid-19 distribution. This opportunities for the students could be survive in the globalization and industrial revolution 4.0. Accordingly the study was very important to do. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of telegram-assisted e-work teams based blended learning in entrepreneurship learning for STKIP MBB students. This was a developmental research model research and development according to ADDIE, involving five stages: 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. This development of this product was based on a Learning Management System (LMS) using Moodle through an e-learning website was gnomio. This study cased limited to the design and development stage. The data were collected through questionnaires of advisability telegram assisted e-work team based blended learning from expert judgment. The result of this study showed that teaching material could be used for entrepreneur learning, moreover entrepreneur learning material and media were included good category.

IMPACT OF BLENDED LEARNING USE ON AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Background: The combination of traditional in-person instruction with online learning components is known as blended learning. The higher education system benefits from blended learning. Mentoring blended learning can help undergraduate students improve their entrepreneurial skills. However, research on the specific benefits of blended learning on the growth of entrepreneurship remains limited in agriculture enterprises, particularly in regions such as Sri Lanka. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to fill this research gap by investigating how undergraduate agricultural entrepreneurs use blended learning to develop their entrepreneurship.
