The understanding of life as a project has an intimate and indispensable relationship with the daily choices of [life]. Every human existence calls for choices, decisions, indeed, in their evolutionary dynamism in relation to the person, they normally lead to "having no other option" but one, one's own vocation. In its projective aspect, vocation is discovered, acted upon and realized day after day through each specific decision, and with a fundamental, global, integral choice, until it becomes all-embracing or integral and definitive or permanent. The basic question, then, is that there is no vocation without a choice and there is no choice that does not have a vocational value... The educational process and all forms of vocational accompaniment will have to facilitate the habit of self-awareness and ensure the art of coherent decisions, growing and capable of committing all the resources of the person in their daily construction. The article proposes some pedagogical perspectives appropriate to educational work
