Application of Microcontroller in Door Locking System and Smart Home
Microcontrollers have variety of applications. Microcontrollers are used in automatically controlled products and devices. One such application is the use of microcontrollers in door locking system. The fundamental use of this project is to provide security in houses, ATM etc. So, the system works in such a way that first we need to set a password which then gets stored in the database. Whenever the correct password will be entered with the help of keypad the controller will send instruction to the DC motor and the door will be unlocked. This electronic technology can be used to create a fully customized and personalized door locking system. Smart homes are gaining importance with time as they have become more advanced and reliable. To make life easier, the user can switch off all the appliances while going out just by a touch from the smart phone.
Application of Microcontroller in Door Locking System
Microcontrollers are utilized in different applications. One such application is the utilization of microcontrollers in entryway locking framework. The major utilization of this venture is to give security in houses, ATM and so forth We need to enter a secret phrase at first. The secret key will be saved in the information base of the microcontroller. At whatever point the right secret phrase will be entered with the assistance of keypad. The regulator will send guidance to the DC engine and the entryway will be opened. This electronic innovation can be utilized to make a completely altered and customized entryway locking framework.
SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE PERSONAL BELONGINGS USING MICROCONTROLLER
Security systems are vital for protection of information and property which it is necessary for prevention them from theft or crime. The simplicity of design makes it compatible in different scenarios such as a home or commercial security system like datacenters and banks. In this experimental work it has been programmed the microcontroller 89C51, and connected it with other electronic components to economize a security of money cabinet. The assembly language was used to program this microcontroller to control for open and close operations of the money cabinet by using limited keys as password of known person. The alarm light emitting diode LED would light by pressing the false key then the camera would take the picture for this unknown person.
Microcontroller's Based Home Security System
Security is the major concern in our day-today life for our convenience and safety purpose. Everyone wants to be much as secure as possible because of the drastic increase crime rate due to increasing unemployment or starvation in corona epidemic. In this review paper, we had tried to increase the standards by combining new design techniques and developed lowcost home and industrial automated security systems. Lot of research been carried out deploying sensors like PIR, sensor, camera, GSM modules towards detecting the intruder at home. But the major drawback in all these systems is that they are all too much costly to be deployed integrated with LCD panel or camera. As a part of our review paper, we have developed an integrated 3 level HSS. The first level being authentication access for the residents, where in we have used a fingerprint scanner. The next level in our HSS is to detect any unwanted intruder entering the house. The 3rd level is to detect fire in the house.
Development of a Microcontroller-Controlled Security Door System
2009
Over the years, several security measures have been employed to combat the menace of insecurity of lives and property. This is done by preventing unauthorized entrance into buildings through entrance doors using conventional and electronic locks, discrete access code, and biometric methods such as the finger prints, thumb prints, the iris and facial recognition. In this paper, a prototyped door security system is designed to allow a privileged user to access a secure keyless door where valid smart card authentication guarantees an entry. The model consists of hardware module and software which provides a functionality to allow the door to be controlled through the authentication of smart card by the microcontroller unit.
Design and Implementation of Smart Home Security System
All over the world, security has been a major concern in every home. Automated security systems are a useful addition to todays home where safety is an important issue. Vision-based security systems have the advantage of being easy to set up, inexpensive and non-obtrusive. Here, a security system has been developed that uses sensors to detect any security violation and sends out the alert signal by high intensity Buzzer. In this paper it has been ensured three level security systems. NFC tag use, providing Password and PIR motion sensor. To open the door a person should provide NFC tag and password. If one of them absence the door will not open. The door will opened by servomotor with a lock coupled in its shaft. When wrong password is pressed, error text is displayed in the LCD. When an authorized person leaves the door, he has to show his tag in the reader. Otherwise the door will not close. Now if an unwanted man enters the room by password breaking or without NFC the PIR sensor works .It sounds the buzzer. NFC card reader, PIC 16F877A, Arduino Uno, PIR sensor is used for this project .So, maximum security will be maintained in home. This security can be applied not only home but also the place where important document, file are preserved also the bank vault.

Microcontroller based Home Security System with Remote Monitoring
In this paper, design and implement of a microcontroller based home security system with GSM technology have been presented and analyzed. Two microcontrollers with other peripheral devices which include Light Emitting Diode (LED), Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Buzzer and Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) Module are responsible for reliable operation of the proposed security system. In addition, a mobile phone is interfaced with microcontroller through a Bluetooth device in order to control the system. Moreover, a manual keypad is another way to lock or unlock the system. A Compiler Code Vision AVR is used to design a program that controls the system along with maintaining all security functions. The designed program is applied in Proteus Software for simulation. At last, the results of practical circuit show the proper functions and also verify the reliable security within reasonable cost.
Opening a lock with the use of a PIN adds more flexibility to security system. This thesis describes the design and implementation of a Microcontroller based security system for home and office devices. It provides users with an efficient and reliable security system that supports the use of an Electronic Keypad arranged to send signals to the control unit. This Control Unit either activates the Port to which the LED (the door Latch) is connected when the correct Pin is entered or activates the Port to which the Buzzer Alarm is connected when the wrong Pin is entered. The prototype of the system is successfully implemented according to the proposal giving authorized user the privilege to change the Pin at will. Overall, the design and implementation of the prototype is fully functional and user friendly.
A Microcontroller Based Security System
According to the popular philosopher - Abraham Maslow, security is the second most basic need of man. There is need to protect life and property, in order to do this a security system must be developed. The purpose of this project is to develop a highly efficient and affordable security system with an industrial complex as a case study, which would take necessary countermeasures against possible security risks to man and property. These countermeasures are in three layers. The first layer is protection against fire outbreaks through a fire detector comprising a smoke detector and a temperature sensor. The second layer is intrusion detection which monitors and prevents unauthorized access. The last layer is live video monitoring and analysis employing the use of IP security cameras. In addition, Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) ensures that only registered staff are allowed access into the industrial complex at any point in time and a door way counter determines the...
